Great customer service and prompt ordering and delivery. I needed to replace a mattress for the snuzpod 1 and it was impossible to find in the US. Luckily ababy.com was able to custom make a safe, properly sized mattress. I ordered over the phone and the customer service was on point!

The puzzle stool we ordered for a newborn baby gift for a friend came out great. It shipped so quickly. Quality is great and the pastel blues/greens/yellows are so sweet.

The product selection, availability and fulfillment was great. The simple reason for 4 Stars and not 5 is that they stated the order would ship in 2 shipments and therefore charged me twice the amount for Shipping and Handling then shipped the order all in one box. In my opinion, I was therefore overcharged.

I received no follow up or response when I contacted the company. I all for a full refund and cancel the order

Took some time to assemble but the end result was great.

The product was a disappointment overall. The mattress was so cheaply made and reminded me of something not even my dog would sleep on. The sheet was the same way. Extremely rough and was see through. I wish we would have purchased elsewhere.

This was my third baby Moses bed purchase. The first two were great. This one was not. There was a large amount of black thread inside the white eyelet material. The foam on one end was deformed and bulged outward. This was a gift and we could not wait any longer to order another as the original order took so long to arrive. We were very disappointed in the quality of this bed but had to give it to our co-worker as it was as we were out of time.

Mattress and sheets ordered were perfect and I am very happy I found a place where I could get these custom made. I would definitely recommend ababy.com and would order from again.

The customized mattress was paper thin. I felt I could have bought the same thing at Wal-Mart.

We have a pack n play that has very unique measurements. This is also going to be our babies “crib.” So it was perfect that we could go to ababy.com and find the mattress in the custom dimensions we couldn’t find elsewhere. The mattress arrived fast, well packed, and fit perfectly. Thank you ababy!

Arrived promptly and to the exact measurements I sent. I custom ordered a 3 inch mattress for my Graco quick connect pack n play which is not a traditional size. Happy with the quality too.
