I liked that I was able to customize the size of the cradle mattress. However, access to my account was complicated--I had to actually put something in my cart and click through to pay and then log into my account. I am still not able to just log into my account.
My account never showed that my items were shipped--always in process. When I called directly the person I spoke to had limited information. My order was placed on February 2. I called on February 13 for an update since nothing seemed accurate on my account page and was told I'd have my items around the end of the week--February 16. My items finally arrived February 24.

I ordered a customized mattress,it wasn't cheap and the mattress arrived with a cut in the plastic cover. I try to reach customer service and they never answer my emails. I wasn't able to sign in to my account to see the status of my order i try to reach costumer service but i never got a replay. It just appear on my door one day.

The finished product was very nice! And I received it before I thought I would.

Very disappointed. Item was received damaged. When I Contacted to return item I was told item was not returnable. Cradle mattress was not stated as non-returnable or as a customized item. To me, customizable doesn’t come with multiple options. Very disappointed!!

Nicki was so helpful with my order(s). I had placed a personalized order on 1/5/23 and found out later that the name was spelled differently. Thinking it was too late to cancel the original order, I placed a second order on 1/19/23 with the correct name. Nicki contacted me because I had indicated that the order was a gift and it was being sent to my home address. I thanked her for catching my mistake, gave her the correct address and mentioned the problem with my original order. Nicki not only got my original order cancelled, but, since I had mentioned the mistake with the original order in my gift message, she let me change that too. Her attention to detail was impressive and customer service was outstanding!

Never received order, never received response on when someone to would call to receive payment.

Love these stools!
Great gift for all the newborn babies in my family. My girls got them from someone when they were born. They still love them and are 20 & 22 years old! They sit on them at the living room coffee table eating dinner.
Highly recommend !

the custom mattresses I ordered for my twin granddaughters’ bassinets were perfect and arrived before I was even expecting them to!

Shipping takes too long and no one responds to emails.

Disappointed that the protective cover on the mattress is such a crinkly plastic material. It makes alot of noise just putting the fitted sheet on. Also, I know it said on the box to be careful when opening with a knife. Nonetheless, I accidentally cut a small slit in the mattress. This could easily be avoided by packing product differently by wrapping or tieing the product so that it isn’t pushing up against the inside of the box. Appreciate the fact that I could order exactly the size I needed and it does fit precisely. Order fulfillment time was also perfectly acceptable.

We recently moved, so when I ordered a mattress for our crib, the old address was placed on the order. I call when I noticed it, the operator that answered the call was able to change the address right away. The mattress fit perfect. The shipping was very quick. Thank you.

Order was wrong. I ordered 3 bean bags in three different colors. I received the same color for all three. Still waiting on resolution.

It’s taking forever to ship the stool I ordered. It was placed about a month ago and it was for the birth of a friends baby…

I have purchased several of these stools for my grandsons, nieces and nephews. Typically it’s a 1st birthday gift. They are made with quality and care. The oldest stool has been around for 9 years and is still as sturdy as it was when I purchased it. And A Baby has the best price. Definitely recommend this item.

The purchase was exactly what I wanted. Also it was made and sent in an excellent time frame. I would highly recommend aBaby.

I paid for 2 day shipping, but recieved order about 2 weeks later. Never got a refund for the 2 day shipping fee. Never recieved a shipping conformation and customer service was not very helpful a all. I would never order from this site again.

For the price I paid I was expecting a real mattress. Not foam covered in plastic. Will do. But not high quality.

Order #644964 arrived torn, for days i tried to contact customer service with no one ever available. Sent email to customer service with no response. Till today no1 from ababy has contacted be back.

Horrible customer service. No communication with buyer. I emailed them prior to receiving the product about making changes and never heard back. I never received notice that it was shipped. It arrived and was the Incorrect measurements from what I gave them. They have not responded to any request for correction.
