Absolutely terrible service, taxi driver miserable & extortionate rates, taxi went to wrong place and I'm charged for it ? Never again I hope they go bust..uber will see them off.

Booked a taxi the night before in order to get to work on the morning, the taxi ended up being 20 minutes late, making me miss my train to work. To top it off when I told the driver what station I wanted to go to he took me to a completely different one meaning that I had to pay for the whole journey including the wrong destination! Not impressed at all. Would not recommend.

Genuinely the worst service ever (if you can call it a service) numerous times the driver has turned up over half an hour late, if not later.

No accountability from their staff in the ‘office’ no customer service skills what so ever.

I have resorted to using Uber, who are reliable, communicate much better and are just as, if not, more affordable.

Avoid Abba Taxis, there are more than enough Ubers in Warrington now.

Shocking customer service,got a taxi Sunday night and paid by card. Next day looking at my banking noticed I'd been charged twice. Called them numerous times and all they say is we need to speak to the Driver and call you back, still waiting. Annoying is an understatement, if you owed them it would be a totally different.

Useless..take a booking and just don't turn up. Full of excuses. Got an auber in the end..

Disgusting Do Not Use - If I could give zero stars I would! I have used this service before and it has been excellent but not this time. I pre-booked my taxi allowing an extra 20 minutes incase of a delay. The taxi still hadn’t arrived by 10 minutes after allotted time! I phone to be told we don’t have a car for you yet!!! We are looking for one! This taxi was booked two days in advance as I wanted to be sure it would be there as I was going to the station. Being on time was a necessity! Had to drive to station in the end! If we didn’t have a car to drive in we would’ve missed our trip!

I would rate this zero if I could. Absolutely disgusted at the rudeness of the driver Richard Omoyele.

I need to rate this zero as last 4 taxis this week have all been at least 30 mins late.
They then blamed me when I called and told me I was rude

Useless! Automated service took the booking. Booked time arrived, no taxi.Rang the number, again automated service saying they are trying to find a taxi! Decided to walk, halfway home got a phone call from a REAL person asking if I still wanted the taxi! Told him in no uncertain terms what I thought of Abba taxis! Do not trust, do not use!

Grandson left apple I pods pro in the taxi 8 days ago.. Fortunately it had a tracker on them! I called the office not much use… I went to the house.. showed him the tracker with the movement and his address. He said wait in the car, then phone the office etc etc delay tactics! I refused to budge.. he went in the house came out fixing the taxi.. then I told him I had called the police. He said I take to office.. I said you have been using them and you should have taken them 8 days ago!! He then handed them to me reluctantly!! I called the office told them… Absolutely no interest which shows the standards… their driver had kept the i pods and were using them. WILL never use them again!! Would not give 1 star if it was possible!!

Drivers have always been nice but .. the taxis are disgusting. Absolutely filthy and smelly and that has been everyone I've had a ride in. Really not good when prices are so high. Obviously they eat and smoke in their vehicle - Management really need to do something about this as not pleasant at all.

Shocking app obviously doesn’t work, try another company.

So my wife books taxi for 7.15pm a week before to give abba taxis plenty of time to organise the taxi to be on time,as it was a surprise party I was going to, it didn't help when taxi turned up at 8pm. Utter garbage company, won't be using you again that for sure

Absolutely disgusting attitude from female call handler.

Asked to be book a taxi for 7pm to which she stated she couldn’t guarantee it would be that time. When politely asking when she think it may be, the response I get is “I can’t read into the future” I’m sorry but what can’t of arsey comment is that?!

Hopefully someone takes over in the Warrington area as I’m constantly get told it’s going to be there and gets to 20-30 minutes to have rude call handlers what are so rude they hang up on you before you can say cancel your taxi … if you can’t handle the morning get a different job rather than be an inconvenience just money grabbing if you ask me.
