There was an open line of communication before the visit. Jan kept me updated while he was working with my car. Not to mention even finding what was causing a stupid noise that had been there for a few weeks.

£99 for a diagnostic and then silence...
We paid £99 for a diagnostic and it needed an inexpensive part. We chased, and chased to get them to quote and fix but they seem to have lost paperwork, said they have referred it... we have had to take the car somewhere else, so basically lost £99 as we have to get a new diagnostic. You are better going with a local mobile mechanic who cares more...

Expensive but
Expensive but worth it (hopefully)
I was on my way for my service and MOT when my car decided to shake to the end of its life and give up.
Luckily I managed to slump home and after a visit from the most wonderful breakdown/rescue angel, I was told my car required parts that were not carried and that a mechanic could come the very next day, and whilst here could do a service too. He was helpful, lovely kind and knowledgeable.
When it came to arranging the mechanic it then ended up to be 48 hours later, as I was at home that was ok. I was told the rescue angel would speak to his boss to try for the earlier slot, but nothing changed.
48 hrs later and Chris came into my life, fixed the errors and told me about lots more issuesi.
The service received was good, correct and concise.
Both team members were lovely.

Had my car serviced today at home and I was very impressed by the whole experience, very professional and knowledgeable, I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend their service, special thanks to my technician Genarro (Jen) for looking after me and my car today, great job.

Mechanic was quick and knowledgeable. Mechanics are good but would not say the same about the office staff that take the bookings. If you can look beyond that then the mechanics are good and professional.

Full Service, apparently.
Full Service - I think that term translates to ‘the engine oil and filter was changed’ and a ‘visual check of a couple of other things was undertaken’ but that is only my opinion and I could be wrong. The whole process took no more than an hour from arrival to departure. Is it better than spending half a day with your vehicle in a garage whilst you hang around waiting for the garage to hand it back ? Yes it is, I don’t think it’s ever been a pleasant experience for any owner at any garage with any make of car when it’s time to have a service, repair or MOT but this was better than most I’ve experienced and a little bit cheaper. The two guys, a fitter and a trainee, arrived within an hour of when they said they would and so I’d run the engine up to temperature to facilitate speedy drainage and from that point it was over to the fitter.
Would I use the service again? Probably, but more likely for actual maintenance rather than a simple oil change. But not unhappy with the process.

Mechanic called me night before to tell me what time he was coming . Got a text next day when on the way . He did a diagnostic and sourced the problem . Arranged a follow up appointment to get problem fixed the following week .
