Booked a taxi in advance to take 7 of us home (including 2 toddlers and a baby ) it didn’t turn up so when we chased they said there wasn’t a car available yet (even though they had confirmed our booking and we had a text saying the car was coming!) as they were annoyed we were chasing they blocked our calls then we then had to order it from another company. Awful service

Booked a taxi to get my train home to London. It did not appear so after ten minutes I called the company who assured me he was dropping off nearby and would be with me shortly. Ten minutes later I called again. Ten minutes later the cab finally appeared....... 30 minutes late. The driver said he was diverted from picking me up to do another job. I missed my train an had to pay £80 for another ticket and suffered a delay to London Euston of over two hours. No apology. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Booked twice with them (only because they accept card payments). The first time it took a long time to arrive and they didn't provide an update. The second time it was over half an hour late, despite pre-booking a specific time. Awful service!

Booked taxi for birthday party, chased several time, eventually taxi turned up 45 minutes late so ended up being late for restaurant booking!

Tried several times on the phone to find out how long the taxi would take to arrive, staff were very rude and unhelpful.

Raised a formal complaint with shift manager was promised a call back on Saturday.......still waiting for call back!

Gave them every opportunity to respond before leaving this feedback.

This has to be by far the worst taxi service in Warrington.

My daughter contacted Abba Taxis yesterday to book a taxi. The male operator was extremely rude and belittled her on the telephone and told her she had a stammer and he couldn't understand her then put the phone down on her. She then walked in the pouring rain rather than try again because of how he made her feel. We won't be using them again, shocking way to run a business.

Mr Mohammed wahidur rob man chowdry is quite possibly the laziest, rudest taxi driver I’ve come across in London. This is coming from someone with over 15 years experience taking regular taxi rides.

He didn’t offer to help my girlfriend with her luggage being put into the boot. He went on to complain that he had to wait 2 minutes for our arrival. He then threatened to kick us out of the taxi into the pouring rain. Then locked us in and continued against our will to the airport destination.

Quite frankly, astonishing behaviour.

I booked a taxi through the app and the taxi was booked for 11.33pm to which we received a notification to say the taxi has arrived and then left at 11.30pm? When I rang to query this I was greeted by an extremely rude woman saying "it would help if you told me where you are love" in the rudest and most patronising way you could imagine, when I told her she was being rude she hung up on me :) once again terrible customer service from the office staff, no need for rudeness from staff when I was not rude to them during my initial query.

Got me home pretty fast but that was because they were speeding. The bloke was about as rude as they come on the phone the whole way home. Took me to woolston around 3:50 from Warrington town centre didn't get the name because he ignored every comment I made m by telling me he was on the phone. Not happy at all. I've had some good experience with abba taxis but this guy was horrendous.

I have used Abba taxis for the past year and they have always been polite on the phone and reliable. Obviously at busier times one expects delays. I don't believe some of the reviews on here that sound more personal than objective to me. I also speak to the operators with the courtesy they deserve and have never had an issue.

It’s the worst company taxi ever!!! I always book the taxi for work with a day before, and even of that, they are always late, and of course, I always late at work!!! And this is happening almost all the time!!! The staff is very nasty and rude!!! Another thing, almost all the drivers request cash instead of card paymant, because they want to keep the money for themselves. They lie telling that the card machine isn’t working or other reasons. One day, one of them told me to pay by card because the card machine isn t working, I told him I don t have cash, he told me to stop to a cash machine to withdraw money, but I told him is blocked my pin, then, when he dropped me at work, he requested the number of card. So, now it’s working the card machine?! 🙄😤

Don’t bother pre booking a taxi they don’t honour it and leave you waiting over half an hour and when you ring if they answer they say there waiting for the nxt available car !!! Why bother pre booking if you’re not going to honour it you should make pre booking a priority and book jobs around them instead of the opposite

Family member left phone in cab was ringing for hours trying to get it back the phone rude nasty staff saying it was there and then saying it was not, rude woman being absuve to 15 year old family member finally got to collect it to find a crack on the back of the phone that was not there before so I rang up and I was called a daft C*** and treatened by a man working there, the woman was also bulling the 15 year old when he went to collect the phone I'm shocked this is vile how bad this taxi firm iare they should not be able to trade please somebody close them down. This firm take my 6 year old up to hospital trips but there's no way I'm putting him in a cab with people like this there nasty people and it's not safe after the abuse I've had to put up with

Absoloute joke booked a taxi at 19.10 for 8pm it's now 20.57 and no taxi
When you to g and complain and tell them they are a disgrace the answer is I know whete you live

This taxi service is now ridiculous. The operators just lie to customers about available taxis and you on average now wait 45 minutes for a taxi they say will be 10 minutes. Worst taxi company.

Taxi was pre-booked several days in advance and was ordered for 7:40am on a Monday to take me to Warrington Bank Quay for an 8:39am train to Euston. The journey would normally take 20 minutes so I was allowing a generous hour. At 7:50am I called ABBA to ask where the taxi was. It will be with you in 5 minutes they said. I called again at 8:10am and got the same response. I made a decision to ask my wife to drive me to the station. As we neared the station at 8:35am I got a call from the taxi driver asking where I was as he was outside my house. That was 55 minutes late. I told him I had to leave and he was quite rude. In the event i missed my train and appointment in London. I WILL NEVER USE ABBA AGAIN. I did not even got an apology.

Used them loads of times. Only had a problem once for a pre-booked taxi to the airport. One polite phone call later it was all sorted. Thing is I thought it could happen so gave myself an extra half hour. Staff and drivers always friendly, but then again so am I.

feel like they want you to miss your trains on purpose! booked it the night before for the next day at 12pm and surprise surprise it didnt show so i rang and all i get was “we can’t guarentee a quick pick up when taking to train stations”! by booking the night before i should be at least a priority!

Every time I order a taxi there is something wrong. Apparently the taxi was waiting 5 minutes however I did speak to a taxi driver and I said I’m gonna be out in a minute. I was out in a minute, and he was gone by then. Taxi drivers are not responsible for their actions and there should be steps taken to change that. I’ve been using them all the time for the past year and every time I feel even more disappointed.

Booked a 5 seater taxi in advance, that didn’t turn up. Waited 20 minutes before calling the office to be told they would be another 7(!!) minutes. After 15 minutes, tried calling again. As soon as they heard the words “5 seater” they hung up. We were going to my sisters 50th Birthday party which had been planned for weeks, staying in Warrington after a long drive up from the South. Ended up having to drive to and from the party as we couldn’t get a taxi at such short notice. Would not recommend this company and certainly would never use it again
