Really fantastic service from date of move in to 7 day snagging (and beyond). Can't fault the Abbey team. Snagging was done promptly and small issues were dealt with very promptly. Thank you.

Acquired new build With Abbey in 2023. Snags now resolved except only one which Abbey team have assured will remain on file if it ever becomes a problem.
Happy with overall service from Customer services team and would recommend Abbey homes if considering a new build.

Following the purchase of my property 2 years ago, initially it was not made clear to me who should be dealing with my snagging list. Eventually I was put in contact with the correct representative at Abbey New Homes and despite a large number of snags that needed rectifying in my new home, Abbey New Homes customer care were always helpful and efficient in assisting with the completion of my snag list.

From viewing the property and communicating with Teresa, to Lauren helping us with solicitors, and Mick making sure our move in was smooth and we had everything we needed, we couldn’t recommend the Royal Gardens team anymore! Thank you all so much.

We purchased a new bungalow from Abbey homes for my mum and dad who both have disabilities. Ben sears the site manger and the team have been fantastic. Nothing has been too much trouble.
They have managed any issues that have arisen in a timely way and have gone out of their way to make sure mum and dad have been well cared for, in making their new home perfect. Ben always responds quickly and checks in after any works to make sure all is good. Mum and dad love their new home, and the service on site has given them peace of mind.

Ben (construction manager of Abbey New Homes at Chestnut Grove) was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. He ensured all snagging issues were resolved quickly and took the time to walk us through our new home, making everything clear and easy to understand. His support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended.

Moved into my new Abbey flat in August. Build quality appears good. Ian, Neville and Barbra are excellent ambassadors for this company, nothing is too much trouble and they are always available to help if I require anything.

We have recently moved onto the Kings Green development and have started to settle in quite nicely. You forget how stressful and cumbersome moving can be , especially when you close that door for the first time and realise how much more there’s still to do! However, this has been seamless transition so far, mainly because of the builders on site who can’t do enough for you. The after sales service has been second to none and gives you confidence in what you have bought - a quality home from a quality developer, who pride themselves on delivering what you see in the showroom. A special thanks to Matthew,Ed and the team onsite for assisting us since the handover, they are a true credit to the business. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the development take shape.

Moved in 6 months ago, the sales staff were so helpful and always available if needed them. Site Manager Mick was great and if I needed any help was there for me. Very happy with the property.

We moved in last month and the care and service from Site Manager Ben has been exceptional. He’s really looked after us and always ensuring work is completed to a high standard. The communication has been very good, always keeping us updated. After a very frustrating experience and process with the sales team, the after care has really turned things around for us.

The whole experience has been great. We had been looking for a new house for ages and couldn’t find one we liked. We had looked at other new build houses but once we took a walk around ‘The Maxwell’ we knew instantly was the house for us.

The help from Lucy and Natasha from the sales team made the purchase so straightforward from reserving the property and answering any question we had. Dave the Assistant Site Manager has already proven to be so helpful and a couple of issues we spotted when we had the home demo were sorted straight away.

Highly recommended for anyone who is thinking about buying a new build.

All the way through the process the service was professional and friendly. They were accomodating during initial contact, supportive through the buying process and any snagging was done without a fuss and very quickly. I would highly recommend.

We purchased a new property in Sholden Kent approx 15 months ago. From the day of viewing to the actual purchase and the moving in, the individuals involved were extremely professional and a credit to the company. The quality of the property is excellent.
I recently needed to speak with the after sales dept to request some information not regarding the actual property. I am a man of mature years and have dealt with many companies over the years and from experience did not expect the service I received. I emailed the department and within 24 hours my request was dealt with in an extremely professional manner. I cannot recommend this company any higher.

Aa developer with a very warm staff, from the first step into their office we felt the trust and full support offered to make the right decision for us.
Starting from the plot reservation process until the day of completion, Abbey was with us and guided us correctly and promptly.
The house quality is very high, it deserve all the time waited for it.

From what started as a curiosity on visiting a new build accommodation; we were totally sold by the expert advice and support of the sales team, especially our dedicated sales advisor Zoe. Her support and empathy at listening to the customer was in great contrast to the horror stories you hear. Zoe kept in contact with us weekly, even when there was nothing to add. She accommodated every wish we for the property design and furnishings plus our many visits from early morning, to late evening and even weekend site visits, many unannounced where we would just turn up . Moreover she gave us every confidence that we were making the right choice for our biggest life choice. We can not wait to move into our forever home. Thank you Abbey but more importantly thank you Zoe (and Heather who was also so helpful when was Zoe not around). We’ve recently moved into our new home at Kings Green, Upminster and are very happy so far.

Akash, Julia and Caroline in the sales team were fab! approachable and helpful at every stage, and made sure the process went smoothly.

The real highlight has been the site managers Matt & Ed who have been absolutely outstanding. Nothing has been too much trouble for them — they’ve genuinely gone above and beyond and done everything they can to make sure things are sorted. They’re always responsive, easy to deal with, and clearly care about getting things right.

Matt and Ed are a real asset to the Abbey Homes team, and their support has made a big difference.
