Very professional and lovely staff. Amazing experience definitely recommend.

Delighted with the service we received at abc4d and will be back in a few weeks for a gender scan.

Only place I would go for a private scan, always made to feel welcome and they take their time when scanning and explain everything to you.

Felt so relaxed and comfortable. Pics were fab.

I could not rate ABC4D enough. The lady who gave us our scan was so kind, helpful and informative. I felt at complete ease. Would highly recommend.

We felt really welcome on arrival, the setting was lovely & relaxing and put us at ease, and the lady carrying out our early scan was so lovely & chatty. She scanned away pointing out what everything was and we got some lovely little photos to take away.

Booked a 4D scan and baby was covering their face so was offered a re-scan where the lovely sonographer captured many clips for our dvd and lots of photos.
Accidentally, my partner binned the bag with all our photos and dvd/USB that afternoon and I was absolutely distraught. Mhari the lovely receptionist was so kind and made us up another dvd, USB and photos from the scan! Thank yous SO much for everything would highly recommend this clinic a million times over ❤️

Had a sneak peak scan and the lady was amazing! Reception was lovely and so welcoming aswell! Can’t wait to come back for my gender scan!!

At first, I wasn’t inform that I must to wear the mask and I am exempt. This information should to be pass to the patients before any payment is taken. If I would knew about it obviously I would book my appointment in clinic which is prepare for this kind of cases.
The scan room was small and uncomfortable. It is obvious that the business is not thinking about comfort of patients. They are just thinking how to earn money quick and in easy way. Completely lack of professionalism.
At second, I was waiting for this appointment more than one month. Two days before this appointment I have been asked to go for scan to different clinic and make 1 hour trip which caused me some problems as well.
Thirdly, I believe that for the price of £100, service provided to have better quality. We have been told that we have few videos and lots of pictures of usb. So no videos at all and pictures were made quickly, few the same shots, and almost all of them have bad or poor quality.
Fourthly, 10 days ago I requested the invoice. I have been told to received it in the same day and I am still waiting for it.
Only one positive thing in this experience was that the staff made an extra gap to repeat the scan because at the first one the baby was sleeping.

We visited the Ayr clinic for a first glimpse/early viability scan at 7w4d and it was great. Friendly staff and a nice relaxed environment. The sonographer was really reassuring and talked us through everything. We thought we might not be getting good news which we had prepared ourselves for so were delighted to see a lovely strong heartbeat and find out the little bean was measuring at 8w1d. The only niggle I had was that you could hear everything going on in the ultrasound room from the waiting area. It was an excited family and nice news we were hearing but it did make me more nervous before going in thinking that people could hear everything from outside.

Excellent service from the minute we knocked on the door.
Staff were very happy for us, Congratulated us several times, made sure we could see our baby. They also did a sweep over ovaries just to check all was OK. Couldn't have been more accommodating!

Really happy with the service at ABC4D. I had to reschedule my appointment at short notice due to covid and they were really accommodating. During the early scan the sonography was lovely and really helpful. Would highly recommend!

Second scan with the Glasgow team for a gender scan. Bubs was in a tight ball but with a bit of a shake he moved around for us. The team are friendly and bubbly and take the time to make sure you see your baby

Went for a fertility scan in March 2022. The team was friendly team and the advice was clear. Would recommend for anyone wanting to get checked out.

Amazing appointment, brilliant to see our baby on such a big screen and the girl who did the scan was so nice and informative, would definitely recommend to others

The team at ABC4D in ayr are brilliant. They made me, my partner and my 5 year old very welcome in their clinic. Very professional but at the same time down to earth staff. Was a very pleasant experience.

They kept to there appointment times and the ultrasound nurse/ doctor was really friendly and reassuring. Answered all our questions happily and gave us really good advise and recommendations.
