ABC property shop are not helpful and claim that we have cause some damage and not a good company to rent or buy any of their propertys

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bradly from ABC and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service and professionalism provided throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final closing, the experience was smooth, efficient, and far exceeded my expectations.

It was a pleasure to work with Declan and his team at ABC Real Estate. The project was challenging and intensive. Declan was fair and proactive during the post and pre tender phases.

I would recommend using their services.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had a very negative experience with ABC Aldermartin, specifically with agent and director Bradley Brazier. Before moving in, Bradley assured me that the property would be ready on time, but once I signed the lease, he became unresponsive to my calls. Upon moving out, he attempted to charge me £250 for cleaning expenses, despite the fact that I had painted and thoroughly cleaned the flat myself. It took two months and intervention from the TDS to get the outstanding balance released, as Bradley ignored my emails throughout the process. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service.

Appalling service DO NOT USE
Appalling service and no way near an acceptable service. This company has allowed tenants to remain in the property for over 12 months without paying rent! They have done nothing about seeking a possession order and have just allowed the tenants to live there unchallenged. ABC Lettings and Bradley, the member of staff who claims to be dealing with this, I have asked on numerous occasions for weeks, to see copies of the paperwork that they have commenced court proceedings as they have assured me this has been started. They do not respond to emails or phone calls, I sometimes ring daily and no response to my phone calls. I have turned up at their offices and seen another senior manager, who also assured me that someone will get back to me but no one never does.

Sadly, I am now possibly going to end up losing my flat as a result of poor management, poor communication and the non-collection of rent. There are professional Letting Agents around, and these behave like cowboys!.

ABC Real Estate are an absolute pleasure to work with. The level of service from both their Edgware and Hendon offices is totally professional and welcoming. I'm a 100% satisfied customer, and have no hesitation in recommending others to use them for buying/selling and management.

Don’t be fooled by the fake 5 stars which after every person leaving 1 star then they get someone they know to give me a 5 star which you can tell by the name of the account 😂

This people tricking you then after taking some money from you then again they come with a lot of nonsense and not doing a single thing and just go on and on until you give up from your money,

I have been pleasantly surprised at the service I have received from Bradley at ABC in Edgware.
He is friendly yet professional and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much and his ability to deal with my property issues left me feeling that I was in good hands. Definitely would recommend!

They scammed my family,
This people they trick you and take your money
I’m gonna start putting them under investigation and expose them on my social media and to all government agencies
As trading standards and local government
Ombudsment and all other companies

This agency scammed my family in Hendon branch ( everyone stay away from this dodgy agency )
All the 5 star are fake and given by themselves team

Wonderful friendly efficient service from all the staff at Aldermartin Baines and Cuthbert. Extremely knowledgeable too.
