J’ai passé commande pour 2 manteaux…

J’ai passé commande pour 2 manteaux pour un total de 420€, payés le 25.10.2025. J’ai renvoyé 1 des manteaux dont la taille ne convenait pas le 3.11.2025. Le 10.11.2025, j’ai reçu confirmation que le manteau a bien été réceptionné par Abercrombie et que le remboursement serait traité dans 1 délai de 3 à 5 jours ouvrables. Le même jour, je recevais un e-mail m’invitant à cliquer sur un lien qui ne fonctionne PAS. Je leur ai écrit le 15.11.2025 pour les en informer. Rappel le 27.11.2025. Systématiquement, je reçois 1 rappel « type » qui ne trouve aucune solution. (L’intelligence artificielle ou des humains sans réflexion?) J’ai enfin eu quelqu’un d’humain qui m’a dit transfère le problème au service comptabilité après avoir confirmé que tout était en ordre. Malgré l’affirmation qu’on me reviendrait, j’ai dû envoyé des rappels toutes les semaines. J’ai adressé mon RIB (attestation de la banque avec mon numéro de compte) et envoyé une mise en demeure le 27.11.2025. Malgré d’autres rappels encore intervenus début janvier 2026, Aucun remboursement à ce jour.

Service client déplorable

Service client déplorable, conseillère agressive et vous cite la procédure de remboursement comme une machine. La procédure de remboursement est très longue : entre le renvoi colissimo, le traitement par la plateforme et le remboursement, il faut compter au moins 25 jours avant d'être remboursé et ils vous facturent le renvoi 5 € !!

The quality of clothing has gone very…

The quality of clothing has gone very downhill. Went to return items at the post office and they told me because i only had one qr i can’t return all three items like a n f said. Spent half an hour online to someone called alphie to be told that the same thing. They could have told me that after one min. Really busy today places like asos give you 2 qr’s for an instance like this and it’s easy won’t shop at a n f ever again

Bestel hier niet

Bestel hier niet! Kleding is wisselend van slechte kwaliteit. Na 1 keer was een trui van 75 euro vol pil is een vodje geworden. Ondanks net gekocht, wordt er niets gedaan vanuit de klantenservice. Het is normaal, zeggen ze.
H&m kwaliteit, en dat voor hoge prijzen.

Impossible Refund

I ordered a skirt that showed it would be an in store pick up the next day, I get there and it wasn’t in stock so it had to be ordered and wouldn’t arrive for another week-I needed it that weekend so I wanted to cancel the order. I called the helpline-the first representative told me she couldn’t cancel it while it was still processing. I called again because I don’t see how that is possible and somehow the next agent was able to request it to be canceled and told me my refund would be processed as well. Here I am two weeks later I call again and the THIRD representative tells me the second guy only requested a cancellation not a refund well if my item is cancelled why wouldn’t I just immediately receive a refund? Either way he told me 3-5 business days and I had him send me an email as proof. Also side note the representatives are in a call center in India so they aren’t able to escalate any upset clients or send you to a manager. Hoping my refund actually comes, pretty crappy for a company that thrives on being “American”.

Chad Kegelmayer has very poor customer…

Chad Kegelmayer has very poor customer service as a manager. I bought a jacket for my daughter for Christmas and it did not fit right and again they have a 30 day policy but due to the holiday season and my daughter living out of town they could’ve made an exception he showed no compassion. The store needs to work on customer service and help. I called the customer service line and they gave more help and Chad did and he’s supposed to be the manager.

Satisfied regular customer

Regular buy from Abercrombie and feel like the quality and fit is one of my favourites for the price range. Especially if you buy on sale. Delivery is quick and the returns process straightforward.

Esperienza HORROR


Esperienza imbarazzante, ho acquistato un paio di pantaloni il 23 ottobre ed oggi 19 dicembre finalmente li ho "ricevuti" procedendo a riacquistarli nuovamente. Se non strettamente necessario vi consiglio di evitare di ordinare.

I miei pantaloni sono stati inviati per 2 volte consecutive nel punto UPS errato, ho dovuto aspettare mesi per il "reso" e il relativo rimborso al quale sono stati anche scalati €10 di costo di reso.

Per esasperazione, nel senso che a me il pantalone piace molto e lo volevo nel colore marrone, li ho ordinati nuovamente. Ho pagato di nuovo e scritto al servizio clienti per farmi rimborsare la differenza, visto che a ottobre li avevo presi in sconto.

Per me imbarazzante, il servizio clienti è anche tempestivo però ho perso molto tempo e sinceramente non ordinerei di nuovo.

Terrible quality and fit

This company went from selling quality clothing to total garbage. The clothing quality is cheaper than budget brands and the fit is terrible. Their XL fits like a XXXL and wears like a nightgown. With the quality stitching after one wash starts pulling apart after one wash and no surprise they won’t take it back after washing

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Actually had to call customer service via phone. The girl with glasses on shift decided to make up her own refund policy. After resolving the issue with customer support i read other customer complaints and it seems to just be an issue at this store. The staff have an attitude problem. I have attached the policy as the incredibly rude member of staff failed to do so.

Customers Beware

I placed an order on December 1 for holiday gifts. I received a notice that my shipment was delayed and that the items didn't ship until December 7. I was promised everything would arrive by December 15, but the shipment has been delayed again and won’t arrive until December 20. Unfortunately, we’re leaving for the holidays on December 19. When I called customer service, they offered to reship the items to our holiday address, but there was a catch—they would charge me for the items. I mentioned that I could return the items when I got home, but most stores usually reship without charging you unless the previous order isn't returned. Given the customer reviews, I'm feeling uneasy about waiting for my refund. However, I plan to return the items once I’m back home. I understand that they might charge me if I don’t return them, but the 20-day delay in receiving my order is not what they advertised on their website. Their customer service is international, and there are no supervisors to assist. The service standards are to make things up as they go. They charge for shipping, it doesn't arrive on time, and they do nothing to help you. I would not buy anything from this store. Please read the review before buying online.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STOCK

I placed this order for 3 matching essential sets. The tops were too short. I initiated my exchange, had to pick all different colors because nothing was in stock, then of course in true abercrombie fashion the exchanges aren't in stock. I just had to spend 45 min on the phone with someone who was essentially no help at all. he even called me by the wrong name. I had to cancel my entire order for a full refund which come to my surprise is $7 less than the amount I paid so now I have NO clothes and am out $7. This is just purely ridiculous for a company of your size and reputation. I will be telling EVERYONE how horrible your customer service is and to NOT shop here. I will also be posting this to my social media accounts and goodle. THANKS FOR NOTHING just in time for the holidays. I will NEVER shop with abercrombie again.

They basically stole my money.

They basically stole my money.
About a month ago, I ordered two dresses online from Abercrombie & Fitch. The total was 876.63 SAR (about 233.77 USD), but they charged my card 876.63 USD instead! Here’s what’s happened since:

• ⁠Immediate contact: I messaged customer support right away. They said to wait 8 business days for banks to sort it out. I waited… and nothing changed. • ⁠Second reach-out(after 9 business days) They sent a polite apology but claimed “issues” with my card and couldn’t refund it. Instead, they offered a gift card-usable online only, not in stores, knowing that quality isn’t consistent (and since I do not plan on purchasing from them ever again) this doesn’t work for me. • ⁠Bank proof: I got a written statement from my bank confirming they accept all incoming refunds automatically. I sent it over to A&F. They ignored it and just resent the same gift-card offer. • ⁠Repeated insistence: I kept telling them I want my money back, not store credit, and that they could do a direct bank transfer, to the same account or other accounts that I can specify. Each time, they replied with system limitations and the identical gift-card message. • ⁠Escalation request: I asked them to check their payment processor and escalate my case. Again, same canned response-no real answers, no refund.

It’s been 8 months now, the chargeback requested by my bank has been rejected from A&F’s bank. I’ve contacted them tens of times by emails and twice by phone call (spending 41$ on international phone calls) no resolution yet. They admit the mistake they just don’t wanna fix it

J’ai passé une commande via l’application. Celle-ci a été annulée automatiquement. Je m’attendais à recevoir un remboursement. Il n’est jamais arrivé. J’ai alors pris contact avec le service client. On me dit que le payement n’est pas passé, alors que j’a bien été débité. On me sort une excuse tirée par les cheveux comme quoi ça serait normal que ça apparaisse en débit chez moi mais que je n’ai pour autant pas été débité… je suis un peu surpris. C’est n’importe quoi. Mais je joue le jeu et je contacte ma banque, qui me confirme que j’a bien été débité. Je demande à Abercrombie de vérifier avec leur partenaire de paiement « WorldPay ». Ils me disent qu’ils ne peuvent pas et me renvoie encore vers ma banque. J’ai à chaque fois eu droit à des réponses longues, sympathiques mais complètement inutiles et identiques « c’est de la faute de votre banque… » et alors ils me montrent un screenshot de leur programme pour soutenir leur propos. À se croire dans un film dystopique. Sincèrement je suis outré. J’ai perdu de l’argent à cause d’une marque qui pourtant est connue et en qui j’avais confiance. Je ne commande plus jamais chez eux. Et je recommande aux gens de faire attention. Surtout avec les paiements en débit.

Incorrect amounts charged through website be careful when you buy

I ordered a few items and noticed although I should have gree delivery it was charged. They then sent my order in 2 packages which only one was showing as delivered so had to phone customer services so I could return the item that was not showing as delivered. I then told them I had been charged delivery so he said he would alter my order accordingly and then sent a return QR code which showed the item I was returning for a lesser amount than I had paid for this. Meaning when I get my refund I will have paid the delivery charge and also their return fee that he said he would waiver because of the issues. Whilst the clothes are nice please be careful ordering online as they are not honest with costing. I will send the item back and will not shop online again with this company

Abercrombie and Fitch is the go-to brand for almost my entire wardrobe. They cater to every silhouette and makes me look good every single time.
I started purchasing from Abercrombie more than a decade ago and I've never looked back. Forever my favourite brand and they have great sales!
I hope the company continues to offer us such great experiences for years to come!
