Clear is kind
I ordered the same thing I order every year and was quoted and sent a proof which I approved. Only to discover once it was shipped and delivered that they don't make one of the products I ordered. I was sent a new a new invoice. But I will probably be ordering from another company in the future. It would have been appropriate to tell me at the time of ordering that you don't make that product.

To clarify, we source products from a wide range of manufacturers and wholesalers, and that can cause changes in availability on the front end. That said, it’s our responsibility to ensure the ordering process is smooth and transparent, and in this case, we fell short.

They put the logo on the inside back of bowl, when l saw the proof it looked like it was on the outside of the bowl so you could see it, if the bowl was full!!!!

To clarify, the bowl you selected is shown on our website with engraving on the back interior surface, which is visible through the front—exactly as it appears in the product image. The proof provided was intended to confirm layout, spelling, and placement—not to represent the physical characteristics of the glass or exact viewing perspective. Even so, the layout did indicate rear engraving, consistent with how this piece is produced.

Text on the trophy was not what was not fixed after leaving comments on the proof. Afterwards, customer service refused to compensate us for the massive inconvenience. Overall disorganized.
