My original plaque had a misspelled name and of course had to reorder it with the correct spelling in which we received a speedy replacement! Satisfying us both and the color and business logo were exemplified!

There was a problem with the first delivery but the replacement was sent promptly and within my time constraints.

I ordered engraved mugs for our business. I was then tended to by an agent by the name of Aaron. He answered all my questions quickly and completely. When the products arrived some were broken. I relayed this information with pictures to Aaron. The company quickly replaced the broken mugs at no additional charge. To me, the mark of a good company is not the existence of errors, but how errors are dealt with. I was pleased with the product and service. I would use this company again in the future and would recommend them as well.

My very first order was sent to one of your USA warehouses, took over 9days to finally get a sample of your thick round self standing award glass pieces, was given a refund and sent a sample for free for the troubles to only have your A/R Dept. illegally charge our CC that we used for a large order we recently ordered, Only after speaking to several employee's and a supervisor and having to explain things a half dozen times we got the refund for the original sample we were sent "FREE OF CHARGE" when we received all the awards the boxes were so over stressed with unnecessary packaging that the corners all split. We are going ahead and giving them to our customer after engraving them with some touchup's to make them more presentable. I am unsure at this time whether we will be continuing to order from your business. Edit to add regarding reply: we were dealing with an employee on the phone not doing an online order each step of the way a different employee who passed the buck onto the next one.

Service and delivery are quick and staff are very responsive. The breakable items are always packed very carefully, and have never arrived damaged.

Communication when I had a question was dreadful, process was unclear and when I asked for an updated proof the person responding was dismissive and rude.
One of the products (wave globe) is beautiful and well worth the money. The other (glass plaque) for the same price was about 1/4 the size it appeared to be in the picture and was not worth the money asked competitively. I would be hesitant to order from this business again mainly due to terrible customer service!

Product was very good quality, better seeing, holding, displaying it in person vs in photos only. The award received many compliments. The associate assisted with the wording and logo work and was very helpful. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that the award arrived with two scratches on it.

Uploaded a vector file of the design I wanted and they engraved it exactly! Great work.

Very smooth process and the finished product looks awesome!

Well I don't want to even give one star. We had an exceptional scenario, where we needed 5 additional rewards. We request to pickup instead of shipping as we didn't have the luxury of time for shipping as the location was just 15 minutes away. Nevertheless, I was told that these are the strict guidelines and asked for hefty additional fees to handle expedited. We ended are having the award function without the awards.

We contiue to stay with Able, primarly becasue of Aaron's support. He does a great job of following through on the entire process.

The online experience is good and the people I've connected with have been helpful. I have noticed, though, that it takes at least 3 or 4 trys with getting the mockup/proof correct. I can't quite figure out where the disconnect is.
