The award we ordered came defective. The seller sent us replacement pieces, and they were worse than before.

It was a roller coaster ride
It was a roller coaster ride. I ordered the award on May 15th and was told it would be delivered before May 30th. On May 24th I found out it wasn’t available so I had to order a similar product. Able Recognition was still able to get the new award made and shipped to me in time for our banquet on May 30th.

Beautiful Work
I ordered an engraved globe glass ball for an anniversary present. Able was very easy to communicate with and quick with all replies. The product arrived earlier than expected and there were no issues or defects. It is so beautiful! I highly recommend ordering from them.
