Upcoming subscriptions are hidden within other 'marketing' emails that you might ignore, as I did, so you are unaware that your next subscription has gone out. I've ended up paying for an item I didn't want. So have now cancelled the subscription completely. Having read other reviews, seems this is common and has totally put me off this company.
