The team they have is AMAZING! They listened to our feedback and absolutely nailed the design of our logo modified specifically for embroidery. Customer service was fantastic, their pricing is very affordable, the service they provided was outstanding. They took such care and effort to get it right, AND, they knew what fabric it was going to be embroidered onto so they made sure it wouldn't pucker. We are so grateful to them! Beautiful job digitizing my design and impressed with customer service!

This company doesn't settle and neither do I. The designs had to be precise, and they pushed through round after round of revisions without hesitation. Most places would've quit. They didn't. The result was flawless. Every bit of the process was worth it.

Absolute Digitizing has been amazing to work with! I was going through another company that would constantly try to change what it was I wanted done saying it wouldn't work for embroidery, or I'd run it and it wasn't digitized right, so I'd have to send it back sometimes multiply times. I send Absolute Digitizing what I want, and they just do it and it has turned out amazing every single time so far! I have only needed to change one thing but I'm the one who forgot to mention it to begin with, but they made the change within a few hours for me. Also, pricing is very reasonable, the other company I went through charged over $30 starting even if it was something small like 3,000 stitches, Absolute starts lower and I don't think I've paid for one thing at even $30 yet. Amazing quality and amazing people to work with, definitely recommend for your business needs!!

Needed a rush order for a custom monogram for a wedding in 5 days! Customer needs 100 napkins embroidered and the team at Absolute Digitizing made it happen in less than an hour on a Sunday!!! The design stitched out perfectly!!! Great customer service, great quality, and incredibly fast!

The team was great to work with. Best thing was i was dealing with REAL PEOPLE not bots, the turn around times are incredibly fast and they helped me make changes and recommendation to make my overall designs better. If something wasn't right they didnt hesitate to fix it. They also followed up to make sure everything went well with the embroidery process. Definitely will be working with them again. 100/10 service.

They are an amazing company. I've worked with them for years but recently had The Ultimate challenge and of course they came through with flying colors. Very very patient with me and all my questions.

I’ve been working with Absolute Digitizing team for a while now, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Their digitizing work is top-tier, but what really sets them apart is their commitment to getting the details exactly right.

The turnaround time is very reasonable, and they never sacrifice quality for speed. One of the best things about working with them is their flexibility; if there is ever a small adjustment or change I need, they are more than happy to help and make sure the final product is perfect.

This was my first time ordering a digitized pattern from this company. I had spent hours trying to create my own pattern, and I was losing my mind! David was very helpful, and everything went smoothly! The job was delivered quickly ( within 2 days- start to finish). I did not need any tweaks or adjustments, but I feel confident that had I needed them, David would have delivered. The stitch out was beautiful. Thank you! I will be back!

I'm adding to Trustpilot the reply I made to the owner in the Google reviews.

We stand by our review. After spending $217.50 on digitizing, not a single file delivered to us was truly usable for production. We had to send all of the designs to other digitizers to have them redone properly.

It is also not correct to say that this process lasted two months. Since we started working together, approximately one month had passed, not two months. During that time, we did five projects: the first two were not viable and we were not clearly warned; then some lettering that also turned out not to be viable; then a letter A where the foam would not close properly in the lower part of the legs; and finally another design that was also not usable for production.

None of the designs respected something as basic as symmetry, even though we clearly stated this from the beginning. Yes, many edits were made, but that was not the real issue. The problem is that those edits never fixed the core design problems. Instead of properly correcting what was already wrong from the start, changes kept being made on files that were still flawed at the base.

After the first problems, we explicitly asked to be told in future jobs if something was not technically feasible before digitizing it. We were told that would be done, but it was not.

In the last job, we asked for one specific modification to a previous design and clearly stated that we would pay for that change. Instead, the whole logo was digitized again and we were charged as if it were a separate full job. Despite all the previous problems, we still ended up paying for that last work.

We also have all conversations saved by email, and they show that many of our instructions were not properly followed. At one point, we were even told it was better to explain things in just two lines, which gave us the impression that our detailed instructions were not being fully read. They also tried to blame our embroidery machine, but after we sent videos showing it was in perfect working condition, that claim was dropped.

We are attaching a few supporting photos showing real machine issues, thread nesting, execution problems, and files that could not be properly used in production. Other digitizers later corrected the vector, balanced the designs properly, and gave us a much better result for less money. Based on our experience, we stand by our review and do not recommend this service.

I have used AD for 2 years for all of my digitizing needs. They are efficient and affordable. The end results are wonderful. They make my company run smooth and my customers happy.

The first 2 images I had digitized work perfect. And communication was great.

This company were great to work with. Initial files they got back in a timely manner. Did revisions until my customer was satisfied. Will continue to use them... Awesome job and great customer service.
