I bought an amplifier and speaker from them online. It was excellent value and slightly cheaper than anyone else. On testing it at home it did not meet my expectation of sound quality, so I returned it under their 14 day money back warranty. I received the full price of the item into my PayPal account within one day. The whole process of ordering, delivery and returning was fast, efficient and with excellent communication.

I would thoroughly recommend buying from them.

Ordered a keyboard and couldn't be happier with the service. The packaging was good and the product arrived in perfect conditions. I called before placing the order to make sure they had the product in stock and they were very helpful and friendly.

Pre-sales advice on information was excellent so ordered a guitar on Friday and delivered by dpd on Saturday.

Guitar well package (without excess) and lives up to expectation. It looks fanstatic from an excellent company.

The customer service I received from this store was exemplary. I ordered an esp ltd guitar as it was advertised with a reverse headstock. I wanted one of these anyway but the fact it was shown with a reverse headstock sold me on it. When it arrived it had a normal headstock. I got in touch with them by message and they called me back and dealt with the matter amazingly. I'm really happy with the guitar. The price was great, delivery was fast. Can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommended.

I made my order for an orange micro terror amp and speaker bundle on the 30th July on their website. So far I have had no information given to me about my order without having to go out of my way to chase it.

First off, I waited for the delivery email it never came through so I called up to find out the amp head was out of stock and only then did I get emails to show it was out of stock I had already waited a few days after the initial estimated delivery date. I was a bit disgruntled by this but had been told a delivery from Orange was to come on the 12th August and it could take a couple of days after that to receive my order and I should get a delivery email which I thought was fair enough.

I waited until yesterday the 18th August and still haven't heard anything so I called again to find out what's happening and I got told it's not us it's orange something to do with order budget limits and my item being left off the 12th delivery. The lady I spoke to seemed nice enough offered to call me back with more information I asked if she could email me rather as I was at work and probably wouldn't be able to take a call.

I did not receive anything, it is my day off today so I decided to call them up once more to get information on what is going on. Still no information has been found orange is still being blamed and I am no closer to actually receiving my order I did agree to a call back I guess I will see what happens.

As far as customer service goes there are pleanty of other companies that do it so much better and actually keep their customers informed with their orders. The people I have spoken to have seemed nice enough but no one seems to know what is actually going on or have much interest in solving the problem either.

I'm trying to be patient but it's not easy when no one really knows what is happening.

Order one keyboard and a desktop synth, was my first time using Absolute Music and my preference was because the price was considerably cheaper than competition. Placed my order before 2pm and got my gear next day with DPD. The packaging was slim but I know DPD always offers the best service and everything arrived in order, I would be worried if they were using RM or PF. So happy that AM uses DPD, extra point for that. Also free shipping! Great buying experience, recommended!

Ordered a new audio recorder after hours, received it 2 days later, good prices, easy website to navigate and find what I wanted. Would recommend to anyone

Absolutely fantastic. I ordered my orange crush bass 25 amp at a great price on Friday 01/05. I was told it would arrive by Monday 04/05/20.
I was sent a text saying it was being delivered on the Saturday 02/03. I was kept informed every step of the way by text and email.Fantastic... And what a product, very happy.

These guys are awesome, updated an Apollo x that required a special mac update to run on Windows, virtually all shops were kicking up a fuss to do it. Absolute Music came through and did the job with excellent delivery and price.

I have recently purchased a left handed acoustic guitar. They're supplier made errors with my order. Then Chris Orchard the technical director stepped in, several quick emails and calls and constant updates from him quickly resolved the matter. Their customer care is excellent and second to none that I have experienced. I purchase a guitar at £180 the care I received you would have thought that I was purchasing one worth thousands.. They treat you with the utmost courtesy and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Absolute Music. Excellent.

Positive reviews must be fake. Maybe that's why there r only a few. Bought an acoustic guitar as a present. Received a used one in disgusting state which seemed to be a return from another customer. Contacted them and they said they had none in stock but could replace with a different colour one or order some but this would take too long so it wouldn't arrive before the bday. I said this wasn't OK and since then they've been ignoring my emails. I'm stuck with a used guitar and no money and my daughter won't have her birthday present. I feel like I've been robbed. This is causing me immense stress and inconvenience. If they think I'll be quite about this, they are wrong!

Many thanks to Robin for the fabulous job he did on my son's Fender Jazzmaster. A project that Robin said would normally take 10 days or so was finished in less than a week. Robin also did some extra work that was not specified but that brought the guitar into tip top condition. This was great service as always from Absolute Music's workshop. Great first time experience. Absolute music had the best price for the pair of studio monitors I was after so I have chosen them and they delivered, literary, on time and with no issue at all.

Visited the store for a browse when in the area this summer and was impressed by the layout and equipment range available. Took advantage of the well spec'd listening room and came away with a new set of studio monitors after receiving relevant & useful advice from staff. Competitively priced too.
