Thank you AC for your wonderful service so far in our selling & buying process. We received constant communication with the very patient Becky & have sold in less than 4 weeks. Onwards with our purchase now we feel confident we have such a great team to assist us. Highly recommended.

Informative pitch, very communicative, quick turnaround on queries, all agents (Jamie, Kelsey, Kirsty, Katy) knowledgable - no complaints!

Avoid the Edinburgh team at all cost. Their initial sales pitch is excellent however as soon as you are handed over having signed a contract expect no interest in selling your property, no viewings, misinformation, no concept on how to market a property then pulling it off channels prior to having this requested from them....all for the pleasure of receiving a bill for their 'services'

Sounds like other branches are better but save yourself money and stress by avoiding Edinburgh team!

We had a satisfactory experience with Aberdein Considine, with their agent Jamie guiding us through the process. Midway the process underwent a wobble, no fault of AC or ourselves, but Jamie dealt with it calmly and professionally, so much so what had seemed pretty bad in the moment was in fact sorted out by the end of the day.

Had an excellent buying experience with Aberdein Considine. Initially, I got in touch because I wanted to view a property they were managing the sale for, but in the process, I was put in touch with their mortgage brokering services and their solicitors' services.

I did not pursue the property they were advertising, but their help with buying a different property was impeccable regardless. Evelyn Walker and Christopher Grant were incredibly quick to respond to any question I had (and I had a lot of them!) and they offered thorough advice each time. They had no issue with Zoom meetings, as I was not based in Edinburgh, and they ensured a quick and smooth process.

Very impressed - I would definitely recommend them.
