Extremely knowledgeable and friendly team!

Expertise and experience was evident when didn’t get given a near by sold price.

The photographer was amazing, a lot of time and dedication. And the software for floor plan walk through is very competitive.

Finally, in my purchasing experience, communication was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Really appreciate the enthusiasm and efficiency of Stephen and the team in the Stirling branch. Stephen was so enthusiastic about our property but not pushy, and this swayed us towards using Aberdeen Considine. Also very impressed with the speed at which our viewings were arranged, the communication between admin staff and myself around those arrangements. We also had a legal query for which the solicitor was most helpful.
Photographer was equally enthusiastic coming back to the property the next day to ensure some sunnier images. Photo’s and walk through were excellent and helped sell for sure.
One down-side was the weekend telephone answer machine message, though it went to a central booking service for viewing, this wasn’t clear on the message - may put people off trying to arrange at the weekend - this was passed onto the office.

Viewings were arranged and confirmed promptly, the marketing literature was professional and the legal team processed the sale smoother than I could have hoped for - indeed I intend to use them again should I need legal counsel. Above all I got a price that I was very happy with.

Our experience was very positive, was a very slick process and was cost effective. This business is clearly a team with a lot of experience which ultimately resulted in an introduction to the company through to property sale in less than 4 weeks with every “t” crossed and “i” dotted along the way. The team in Stirling were very helpful and efficient in dealing with the property sale. Initial contact to advert for sale happened very quickly. Nothing was undertaken without discussion, agreement and approval by me as client. Office staff are very friendly and efficient and also ensure that the client comes first.
