We recently moved house and Aberdein Considine nursed and really helped us through the whole process of buying and saling the properties as this was our first time in the property market . The whole team were excellent especially the girls in the Stonehaven office each one was above and beyond in explaining and helping with everything. From an elderly couple thank you so much.

We recently moved home and used Aberdein Considine for both our house sale and the purchase of our new home.
All the team where really helpful and pro-active in all aspects of the process and any queries where always actioned swiftly.

Eve Torrie and the team are second to none. Thoroughly impressed from the start... all went smoothly and sold house very quickly. Would recommend.

What a pleasure viewing with Archie. Viewings can be boring or stressful depending on the client, but Archie has such a welcoming disposition. He wasn't dismissive of our questions and even put up with our second viewing. Archie even looked up Aberdein Considine web site to see if there were any other properties that would meet our requirements. He is an asset and I look forward to meeting him again. All I will say is those lights were entertaining.

I contacted the firm as we where selling and moving home in a very short period of time. I spoke to Lesley the manager and she was confident they could get everything done on time for us. It was a pleasure to have Brittney, Emma and especially Bethany handle the legal side of the sale of our holiday home. Bethany kept us up to date regularly as there were a few obstacles to overcome either by telephone and email, always with a friendly and courteous manner. Brittney also friendly and we really felt we were being looked after. The advertising was great, they were helpful and provided advice on how to price and advertise the property well. The solicitor was great as well, they were able to work towards a date and got everything done for then.
