I have used Aberdein Considine many times over the years, most recently for a sale, and their service is always excellent! Not only did they have my property under offer within 24 hours, they were quick to act in preparing the marketing material, legal work and keeping me updated throughout.

We had first class service from start to finish with the whole team in Aberdein Considine. We viewed a property with them we wanted but had to sell ours within 12 days as the property we wanted had gone to a closing date. They had our property marketed and viewers lined up within a week and sold in the next week. Then our offer was accepted on the new house with an entry date of only 6 weeks ahead! The Stonehaven office dealt with all aspects of the rental from start to finish making the process as seamless as possible. I am also using their fully managed service to look after the property for the duration of the lease which has given me peace of mind.

I have mostly dealt with Helen Ferguson who is unfailingly very helpful and tries to answer my queries and if necessary, to see me, promptly - as on this occasion. All the staff I have met in the Stonehaven branch are always friendly and polite.

I have purchased 2 properties in Stonehaven with Aberdein Considine in 2022. I greatly appreciate the tremendous help in each step of this process. They helped me identify each property and gave me good advice about which ones to avoid and which would be great places to live. They helped me make appointments to see properties and then to make good decisions. I'm not from Scotland, so I appreciated the assistance with the legal process. I will use them again in the future when it is time to move on.

I bought my home through Aberdein Considine in Stonehaven. I was moving from overseas and they were so helpful with all my questions and concerns.
I did a zoom tour with Sarah and she was so helpful and patient. She spent about an hour, opened every drawer and cupboard, measured up and rearranged furniture to make sure my piano would fit.
Fiona also went over and above helping me with my move and making sure the flat was move in ready for me.
