Recently I ordered a Smith Corona XD 6500 memory typewriter from Ace Depot. It arrived in excellent condition and works like a charm. It has a lot of features, and each one works exactly the way it should. It even has 7K internal memory.

The Owner's Manual is outstanding. It is very thorough and easy to understand.

Ace's customer service was very helpful the few times I talked to them.

I definitely recommend purchasing your products and supplies from this company.

I should have read reviews before placing an order. I haven't received my order, it states it shipped via USPS, but I paid for UPS 3 day shipping. I can't get a hold of any one from Acedepot.com. You call and wait on hold and no one ever answers. They do not answer emails either. After reading other reviews, Acedepot's response is they've been in business for 27 years and that the customer is trying to defraud them. I now believe they are a fraudulent company and you would be wise to not order from them. I'm afraid I cost our company almost $400 by ordering from them.

This is a criminal company. Order something and they never ship it, they won’t respond to requests for a refund. And then they will fraudulently charge you for the same amount AGAIN. Do not so “business” with these thieves. We are filing a police report. These people belong in jail. Shame on me for not looking up the overwhelming number of bad reviews for these crooks... don’t make the same mistake!

My experience with your company has been absolutely horrible. There were issues from the beginning, from errors and delays in shipping, to receiving the delivery damaged, to issues with getting the damaged product returned, and finally, literally months and months of waiting for a refund.

Your team's lack of response, even considerind issues with Covid has been unacceptable.

I will be reporting my issues to the better business bureau, and any outlet I can find to help other people avoid doing business with you.

I understand that things happen, but the lack of apology for my experience is just outright rude and unprofressional.

Order placed on May 14th, no communication at all until I chased the order on June 10th. Customer Service forwarded me to another member of their team and they simply ignored the email. No further communication until June 30th when I asked for written confirmation that the order was cancelled. I received a one word reply to this email, "Cancelled." Unbelievably, they asked me if I would leave a review.

We had trouble finding a daisy wheel for our typewriter. We had purchased another one from another company, it did not work. We ordered from Ace Depot when it arrived it did not seem to work. I contacted Ace's customer service & to my surprise SAM contacted me and gave instruction on how to make it work. I think Sam is AWESOME. Nice that some companies actually have CUSTOMER SERVICE these day.

As a follow-up to Ace Depot’s fraudulent activity, I checked the USPS and UPS “Tracking” numbers they supposedly used. One was non-existent and the other returned to sender. They say they sent me the product but admitted months ago that the product no longer exists. After three months, I have still received no refund. I strongly suggest you avoid these immoral liars and thieves who I believe might be under investigation by NJ authorities.

Ordered on 4/6. followed up on my order on 4/10 because it had not shipped. Received a response on 4/14 that they would need to up the shipping charge from $33 to $85!!! I told Sam to cancel my order. Still have not received a refun....I had to file a chargeback.

Stop hiding behind COVID 19 as an excuse for your poor customer service. My business is down 40% on staff and we have managed to not steal our customers money.

these guys are crooks, I placed an order on Mar 28... Mar 29, they email me and say the product isn't in stock and cancelled my order... then 1mo later, Apr 23 without contacting me, they charge my card and make a shipping label for the order they cancelled... when I tried to contact them, they give me a song and dance about how they can't stop the shipment... now, on Apr 29, the shipment is actually shipped and they are ignoring my requests for a supervisor/manager... its fraud that they initiate an order that had been cancelled by them, and not re-authorized by me... these guys are crooks... DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM... they are an "F" rating with BBB...

you guys really don't see a problem with the fact that you cancelled the order on me, I make other plans, and then 1mo later you charge my card and ship an order that you cancelled on me... not even a call to see if I still wanted/needed the order... CRAP... then, when I ask for a supervisor/manager to call me, no reply... but you have the nerve to reply here and try to make me look bad... I'M NOT THE ONE PULLING A SCAM HERE!!

If I could give zero stars I would! Acedepot is a SCAM!!!!! I have been waiting for my item for a month! They have sent my 3 separate tracking numbers and none of them actually ever ship! Now I have to get my credit card company involved because Acedepot does not respond to my email requests to refund my money!! STAY AWAY!!!! SCAM!!!!!! SCAM!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!

Update!!!
The printer arrived almost 5 weeks after ordering it and after getting my credit card company involved. It was advertised as refurbished. NOT!!! It is clearly used! It even came with a paper jam already in it! LOL! It was also missing the power cord and paper catch tray. What a joke! They said they would send prepaid postage to send my old toners back for even exchange and that never happened. It is working for now. I would send it back but I'm afraid I won't live long enough to get a refund or a replacement.

The Lexmark 105XL black printer ink cartridges worked fine.

I placed an order for a case for my PT-1880 Label Maker which is 8.5" x 6.6" x 2.2" Website Description: "Brother CC3500 Hard Carrying Case (with photo) Price $27.99 + $20.82 Shipping ($48.81). Received an email to call them to confirm which Model of the label maker I had before they ship the case, I called them and verified the Model.
I received the order via USPS, and could not believe what was sent. A huge brief case sized bag made by Cocoon which I could have purchased down the street from Wal-Mart for $19.95.
Emailed Ace Depot.
Received a reply with an RMA# to return the item which I was responsible for return shipping ($17.35) and a 25% restocking fee for the item and was advised to contact the manufacturer prior to returning the item. Which would put me over $17.00 in the hole with no product.
So I did just that and not only is the Manufacturer out of stock, Ace Depot is not on their list of preferred/Authorized retailers.
