I ordered 25 Zippo lighters from the website. they processed my order asap and actually shipped them very fast but when my packaged arrived in the mail i knew something was wrong... they only shipped 3 of the 25 zippos but still charged me the full amount. i thought that maybe because it was a large amount of lighters that they would come in eventually in a different package but after a week i realized that i was getting screwed. i contacted Ace Depot via phone and email, multiple time, i never got one response from the call or email. I've filed a report with the BBB but i not holding my breath for a refund. After reading some of the responses from Ace Depot on this site I'm sure they will lie and say i never contacted them or that they shipped the full order. DONT TRUST THIS BUSINESS THEY PROBABLY WILL RIP YOU OFF. They are crooks and should NOT be in business.

I placed an order for a new cash register they had listed as available on their site. They advised it was not available. I told them that their replacement would be fine as long as it worked like the other one and was new. They sent a damaged refurbished register. They then advised that a new machine was not available. I advised them to refund my money and send a pickup for the machine. They refused and said they could only replace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

ABSOLUTE WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE OF 2020

Around 3 months ago, I ordered a printer. It took forever to get here! When it finally got here, it was broken and inoperable. When I requested a refund, I was told that a replacement would be shipped. I refused and was told that THAT WAS MY ONLY OPTION! Unbelievable. It took days and weeks to get a response via email and calling on the phone was just as bad. This operation must be run out of somebody's momma's basement and the guy running it is too busy playing Fortnite! The lack of professionalism is nauseating. DO NOT! I REPEAT...
DO NOT buy from these guys. It is impossible to have a good experience. The reason I waited this long to review was because I wanted to wait for the replacement to finally arrive. It arrived today in pieces...a laser printer thrown in a box with no packaging to protect it. I'd like to say that I am shocked but this is exactly what I expected. How is it possible that this business is allowed to stay open? Shouldn't the FBI be raiding this place by now?!?!

Ordered a couple small cell phone cases beginning of November 2020. Nine days later I received a notification that these had been shipped along with a USPS tracking number. 19 days more later, no package. I check USPS tracking to find USPS has not received the package. "Shipped" only means a shipping label has been generated. I email Customer Service. No response. A couple days later I check USPS tracking and - SURPRISE - find it in transit. Finally. Received package a few days after that, 31 days after order. Small amount, < $30, would NEVER trust them, certainly with larger expensive items!

I bought a stepstool for my daughter and it is good quality and just perfect. Exactly what I was looking for.
Would purchase from Acedepot again. Christopher is really nice and pleasant.

They took forever to get my order to me and I paid for UPS shipping and it came usps and they never responded to my e-mail about that. I wouldn't buy from them again. I feel like they're a gimmick website.

This was a very easy convenient transaction. I was looking for a few camping chairs. I looked online and all the "usual' places had these outdoor chairs on backorder. Then I remembered I had seen something on facebook marketplace. I reached out to Chris from Acedepot. He got back to me right away.
We set up a time to meet and exchange items for money. Masks were worn and It was a safe an easy purchase! I would recommend getting any kind of home office/home classroom products through Acedepot.

Do NOT buy ANYTHING from these people. You may try to buy it but you'll never get it. They will give you a tracking number but it's just a number. Repeated calls and promises that someone will call back and they NEVER DO.
Just don't bother, there are more reputable companies out there. Save yourself the headache.

Ace depot is a sorry excuse for a company. Thier customers are for the most part liars and illiterate I thought false advertising was illegal
