Arranging a mortgage with Rory Taylor for my new property purchase was a pleasure. This is my third or forth time working with Rory, and he just takes all the stress out of this process, and before you know it, the process is complete. I trust Rory's method and logic in these things and he always has my best interests at heart. Can't praise him highly enough.

Michael is absolutely brilliant with the process, 😊 He was ever so calm and thorough in explaining everything, taking his time to address all our questions. Michael and Chelsea at AC Shawlands were really fantastic at organising my mortgage as a first time buyer. Took lots of time to explain things in depth and make sure I understood everything gave me a ton of options to pick from to make sure it was what was best for me. Really great work, made the whole thing as painless as possible.

Krysia at the Elm Row branch arranged our initial mortgage back in 2023 and then did our remortgage recently. She has been excellent from start to finish - most notably getting in touch to ensure we locked in a good rate at the earliest re-mortgaging opportunity. It has saved us hundreds of pounds per month, so we are truly grateful!
