I ordered a pendant on their website for Valentines day. They took my money and then nearly a week later they just abruptly refunded me without giving me any reason why. No communication whatsoever. The item was in stock.
Now they have tripled the price of the item on their website. I am severely disappointed and think this is -terrible- practice. Lacking communication is so rude.
My partner will be very upset that they wont be getting what they asked for. What a let down.

They never emailed me with an explanation or an apology that is a straight up falsification.
They prioritised saving face here in responding to my review. They still had not emailed me personally despite me having emailed them inquiring about the cancellation before posting here.

They made the mistake. False advertising at a price they won’t commit to. Misleading customers to make a purchase they won’t fulfill then making false claims on trust pilot to save face. Abhorrent, lack of respect.
Fool me for trusting them to place an order. Buy elsewhere.

Nice product delivered in a timely fashion

My husband bought me earrings for Christmas which were the wrong size to the order. He immediately contacted Acotis and the experience we received was second to none. They couldn’t have been more helpful in sending out another pair in the correct size.

Honestly I am utterly disappointed, after writing a review over a week ago, and being told my item will be shipped shortly/ I will be contacted as soon as my item has been dispatched, I have been waiting since the 29th of December and my order has yet to be dispatched, and I have yet to receive any information on it from my email I sent around a week ago. It was supposed to be a birthday present for my 9 year old sister, now I am distraught as I was expecting that to arrive sooner, and I have not had time to get anything else for her. My order hasn’t been shipped, yet I have been seeing many reviews with many orders being completed, I am honestly disgusted and disappointed.

I would like to request a full refund for my purchase, please contact me at my email address provided on the order, or reply to this review telling me to email the preferred email.

I definitely will not be ordering from here again, and I want my money back!

Excellent service and would definately recimmend

Very good service. Fast delivery and lovely items for daughter’s birthday. The little Slytherin keyring does have a few scratches on it but I’ll not worry about that as it’s in a packet so don’t think it was their fault unless it’s been returned. That’s why I have only 4 stars but I would shop here again.

Returned for a refund as Christmas gift for the recipient who felt it wasn’t the length they wanted. Contact with Acotis was very helpful and pleasant. Refund issued swiftly too. Excellent service all round and very professional. Buy with confidence. Highly recommend.

intentionally ignored my order cancellation

Needed help confirming an order and they responded within minutes.

The staff at acotis diamonds were very helpful nothing was to much trouble for them . They kept me informed all the time. And I can not thank the staff for their care and professionalism. I will forever keep telling people to use you for their jewellery. 5 stars are not enough for these people.
