I purchased a grey leather Sekonda watch, and within a week of normal use (not getting wet or anything!) the grey coating on the grey leather strap has peeled off to the extent that I am now too embarrassed to wear it as it looks really cheap and tatty. I did contact customer services with photos but have not had a reply. Disappointing!

My sister has bought many crystals from here - at great prices and never had a problem.
I recently bought a gift voucher for her birthday but didnt know my sisters email address so thought i could send the email to myself and then forward it once my sister had replied to me with her email address.
It didnt work like that as it wouldnt forward on the voucher etc. It linked it to my account with them only.

I explained this to them and said that other companies provide codes or some form of the recipient of the forwarded email to access the gift card online still so it created an issue.

They were great, they provided me with a code and my sister was able to enter that at checkout when purchasing online. Really helpful company and good customer service.

Such an easy shopping experience and great value! Necklace arrived very quickly and exactly as described. Highly recommend

All I can say is wow, brilliant customer service , I ordered the wrong necklace, I sent them a message and they changed the necklace and the money went straight into my account. This was ordered yesterday morning and I received it today ,also the packaging was brilliant lovely and packed to stop damage on the boxes , excellent service from start to finish

Was looking for a birthstone 30th gift set, ordered online after researching their website and was disappointed with the product it was soo small did not justify the price or the colour of the birthstone which looked more clear than blue. The website pictures are quite deceiving. The chain was also very very thin.
It was presented in a beautiful gift box and i feel thats what we paid the high price for.
Quit disappointed.........

Disgusting treatment . Ordeed a necklace , came not in the envelope with just a gift bag and they refusing to refund . Checked their cctv and stock in half an hour which I find unbelievable. Won’t answer phone either .
