Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your disappointing experience and that your order took much longer than expected to arrive. The delay was due to the item being on back order, and this information would have been shown at the time of ordering — but we completely understand how frustrating it must have felt to wait three weeks without clearer updates.

We’re currently working on improving both our communication and our stock visibility so that customers are reassured from the start and kept fully informed throughout. Your comments are very important to us and will help us do better going forward.

Dear Louise,
While I respect your right to leave a review, I must address that your comments are both misleading and unfair.
Your earrings were returned to the supplier just days after we received them, and we have followed up consistently to secure a resolution on your behalf. As previously explained, repairs and replacements — particularly with international brands like UNOde50 — can take up to four weeks or more, and this timeframe is completely outside of our control.
Your claim of “no feedback” is simply not true. I have personally communicated with you multiple times and provided updates as soon as they were available.
Additionally, I must make it clear that aggressive behaviour towards our staff — whether over the phone or via messages — will not be tolerated. Any future incidents will result in calls being ended or escalated directly to management.
We remain committed to resolving your issue and will dispatch your replacement as soon as it arrives.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent order for the Charming Gold Plated V-Shaped White Stones Ring (Size 54).

Firstly, we sincerely apologise for the delay and the inconvenience you experienced. Your order, placed on 2nd May 2025, was for an item marked as "On Back Order", with an estimated dispatch time of 7 to 14 days. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected delay from our supplier, dispatch was postponed. The order was ultimately fulfilled on 19th May 2025 and delivered on 20th May 2025, within the extended timeframe.

We acknowledge that your cancellation request came during this delay, and it was regrettable that the order was dispatched shortly after. This should not have happened, and we are currently reviewing our internal processes to ensure cancellation requests are processed more promptly and accurately.

We are also truly sorry to hear about the difficulty you had in reaching us. Communication is very important to us, and we’re actively working to improve our response times during busy periods to avoid future situations like this.

Regarding the return postage, if you’ve incurred any out-of-pocket costs, please do get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll be happy to look into reimbursing you.

We completely understand your frustration and appreciate your patience. While we did not intend to cause distress, we understand how the experience could have felt that way. Your feedback has been taken seriously, and we hope to use it constructively to improve our service.

Upon investigating, we can confirm that the parcel was unfortunately returned to us due to an incorrect address and has now been redirected back to you. As the sender, you're responsible for submitting a claim with Royal Mail. Once the claim has been processed and approved, we will ensure a full refund is issued to you promptly.

We have reviewed the tracking information associated with your shipment, and at present, it appears that the parcel has not yet been delivered. In the event that your parcel remains undelivered after 14 days from the dispatch date, we will be more than happy to offer you a suitable resolution—either by arranging a replacement item to be sent out to you or by processing a full refund, depending on your preference.
