I've been looking for a replacement to Zapier and Make for ages, and stumbled across Activepieces. Their platform is extremely easy to use, and their opensource nature is an absolute win. The develpeors and owner are extremely active, which can be seen immediately when jumping into their Discord Channel. A++

And ActivePieces is the most affordable, simple, and easy to use. The project is open source, and we noticed how fast the community behind it is growing. Soon, there won't be any integration missing. I came a cross activepieces when researching open source no code / low code automation frameworks. I was hooked from the start.

After first using their self hosted open source version, I later bought their amazing cloud offering from Appsumo. But even their normal monthly offerings are a steal and well worth it.

Since activepieces is rather young compared to more mature alternatives, some integrations are still being worked on. But they are improving every day. Also everyone can help to improve the platform and contribute on github.

The platform is user-friendly, even for beginners, and doesn't require you to be a coding expert. The best aspect has to be its open-source nature which promotes transparency and stability.

Looking forward to seeing how Activepieces develops and integrates more features. With its current pace, I believe it's only a matter of time before it surpasses more established platforms. Highly recommended for those looking to streamline and automate business operations.

A future zapier : i have used so many automation tools, and no one comes close to zapier until now.

Activepices has potential to become the closest zapier alternative. The user interface of this tool is too good and the new pieces are being added too fast.

The only thing that is holding this tool behind from being the better zapier verson is the lack of integration to a vast number of tools, but considering the time for which this tool is in the market, I am sure that this will be no issue for the activepieces team.

They will soon have the vast liabrary of integrated tools. I love using this tool and i have every reason to believe that activepieces is the future for the automtion

Activepieces has been a great asset in automating keys areas in my workflow. The app is super easy to use, and makes for a great alternative to similar apps such as Zapier or Pabbly.

An amazing automation tool that really hits the spot. Easy to use and open source allowing for a steady flow of new integrations that keeps making it more and more powerful. Still missing a few integrations but highly recommendable with very fair prices compared to make.com and zapier.

Brought this app as a lifetime deal from appsumo. Initially i was hesitant as it was touted as an alternative to zapier. As a small business owner zapier was too costly for me and so i went ahead and bought it.
But to my surprise i found activepieces to be almost similar in automating my regular tasks (sending emails, capturing data from forms etc). And active pieces has a very very strong community which helps it develop new pieces at lighting speed. Any request is obliged very fast if it can be done. I'm super excited and satisfied to have bought activepieces and i'm loving it.

The only con is that its limited in terms of apps it integrates as of now compared to zapier but it's growing by leaps and bounds so no regrets here.

Outstanding tool, support is always there and the community is also very helpful. Definitely a keeper.

ActivePieces is a tool I discovered about 2-3 months ago. Since I started using it, the way I work has completely changed and sometimes I really don't know what to do with the time I've gained 😂. It's one of the best tools I've used for my company, and it has the power to replace a full-time employee! I've had 2 blog posts written and posted directly to my blog for a while now and they're already ranking very well. With a little groundwork and smart thinking, Activepieces is an incredibly brilliant tool that I would recommend to anyone.

I love the awesome community and that the founders are engaged, actually listening to feedback and answering even my most silly questions 😂🙏

And add open source to that? Simply Awesome. (I pay for the cloud option tho, and def worth it for me! )

I'm still missing a lot of integrations, or so called - pieces - that I would like to have, hence the 4 star review. Also wish there was more templates. But, I see new pieces coming up every month and got high hopes for the future 🎉

+ you can add your own webhooks and code pieces, def solving some of that.

it's easy to setup automation,

the menu is easy to use, good UI/UX,
the support also responsive, and there's discord community.

as automation software, the system robust.
easy to connect one data to another apps data throught API or native connection there.

my favorite connections was wordpress , google sheet , mysql , and webhook to whatsapp api via http connection

automation is a must, and activepieces is the answer
