I love Adeniums and I often purchase seeds from this Store. Shipments are safe and punctual and seeds really have a high germination rate and quick growing plants. Too bad that the Brexit issue makes... もっず芋る

Wrapped too tight for customer services

One of the worst online shopping, if not the worst experience I've ever had

I bought my Mum (a very experienced indoor gardener) a black orchid, it turned up late and in a really bad way. Despite Mum's best efforts for over a year the poor thing died. This is one of their responses below when we requested a resupply. They obviously refused! But don't take my word for it, try these unkind and unprofessional retailers for yourself!

"Great.... the threat of a bad review for an issue outside of our control and that we had no part in. We supplied a healthy plant to "your mother" that would have grown beautifully if cared for in the correct manner....this obviously did not happen.
We look forward to reading the damming information on how we supplied you a healthy plant which you failed to care for, provide for or nurture in a way necessary to promote growth and decided to blame a small but caring independant business with no other bad reviews anywhere for your short comings. I suppose you will leave that part out though and slam the company that provided the plant rather than admit that the plant which you owned for a year died at your hands not ours.
We are happy with the plant we provided and it just need a little TLC after its journey.
Is this what the world has come to......

The review is very harsh and we stand by our customer service.

It was shipped healthy with growing and care instructions along with many other varieties to other exprienced growers. Orchids are not typical house plants but rather more specialist.

We had one instance at the same time where a plant arrived in a bad way to a seperate customer due to the delivery company and this was replaced straight away as they informed us within a reasonable time frame. No problems no complaints.

You waited 12 months to inform us of alleged bad service and a dieing plant when all along we knew nothing of the issues you claim here. It is disproportionate to say the least and am amazed trustpilot allows such reviews. The bad service is that we would not refund you for a plant that you killed? That is not our customer service at fault.

I'm sorry the plant died but how can we help a customer when you had the plant for over a 12 month period...it just does not make sense. We don't know any garden centres or any place that would do such.

When should our cut off point be 6 months, (maybe) 1 year or 2 years or 3 years. We deal in natural products that can die and we are trying to run a business.

We have an obligation to customers and vice versa but to label us as bad or misleading is untrue. To demand a refund for a plant 'OR ELSE YOU WILL GET A BAD REVIEW' is not only immoral but unkind and very unfair.

You had a year of pleasure from the plant and would have had many more had the care guide we sent been followed or had you said at the start the plant had problems.

We could have helped had you told us within a reasonable amount of time if there was some issue.
