I never signed up for a subscription and never received emails indicating I would be charged a recurring monthly fee even if services weren't rendered. I found the charge when I checked my credit card today. When navigating the website, it's not possible to cancel, or even remove your credit card information. You have to email them. It feels scammy and I'm so disappointed in this company for deceiving people who are already in distress in the first place.
