Dishonest practices, using fake invoices.
The name of this company is actually ADV UK Limited. As one of the partners is an extremely dishonest, sneaky and juvenile individual, you would be well-advised to avoid using them for your project.
We had them undertake a project for us at an agreed price, with no additions to the contract, yet at the end of the build, we were presented with a bunch of invoices, in addition to the quotation, which actually turned out to be fake; the company on the invoice letter heading turned out not even to exist.
Furthermore, when we challenged Daniel Maybury, one of the partners, with the evidence that he had faked invoices and made claims for money he had not even spent, we received a torrent of abuse by email, rather reminiscent of a young child's tantrum.
There are plenty of good, honest tradespeople and building companies out there to use, Daniel Maybury is not one of them, unfortunately.
