I ordered a yard sign, and while the tracking says it was delivered, I never received it. Aelln refuses to give me a refund - won't do business with them again.

I would give zero stats if I could. I received my order today and it is very different than what is described on the website. It was advertised as a rustic sign saying "I love you, bye" to hang over an interior door. It stated that it was distressed with raised lettering. It has NO RAISED LETTERING and NO DISTRESSED FINISH.

I sent an email to their customer service with proof from their advertising that the sign contained both, along with a picture of my sign. I asked for a 50% refund because I know that shipping the pkg back to them would be more money out of my wallet. They responded and approved a 20% refund that I accepted.
