Just came back from umrah last Thursday. Alhamdulillah everything went well from start to finish. Special mention to Zia who tailored the package from flights to transport and accommodation. He kept me in the loop at all times and created a package based on budget, proximity and ease of travel. Great hotels which were very close to haram. Went with family and children and thanks to Zia everything was catered for with great customer service.

It was our second time ,Ahtisham khan was very helpful. Very quick and simple umrah visa processing. Clearly defined document checklist and guidelines to follow. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Just came last Friday from umrah alhumdullialh with my family may allah accept it insha allah and invite us again will go definitely with this travel agency. Eman is amazing and provided us the best package and very good price.

I had a great experience with Aerolinks and wanted to share how impressed I was with their service.

I needed to book my Umrah at very short notice just before the Hajj season, when most travel agencies were unwilling to help due to limited availability. I was starting to lose hope until I contacted them.

Ahtisham was extremely helpful, professional, and quick to act. He understood my situation immediately and reassured me throughout the process. Within just one hour, he managed to arrange my entire trip, including flights and hotels, which was incredible given the timing.

What stood out most was not just the speed, but the quality of the service. He secured great deals on both accommodation and flights, even during such a busy period, and kept communication clear and consistent throughout.

Had an issue with the hotel when we got to Madinah (10pm in the UK) but the emergency contact from Hajj&Umrah was available and helped us sort it out.

I would request more details regarding the Ziyarat packages and what’s included before hand as I took the basic one but I would have still expected more information provided.

Overall, I give brother Zia 5 stars as he done great with what he had control over.

Eman did all the arrangement for Umrah package professionally in time including air ticket, airport transfer, hotel and e visa. Thanks to Emman.
No trouble and all perfect arrangement.
Only negative is the hotel in Medina (Sheza Regency) was not five star. Small room, uncomfortable pillow& limited lift facilities and too noisy.

Amazing experience and would recommend travelling with them. I travelled by myself and Ahtisham was very help from the start till the completion of my trip.

My travel agent Zia was extremely helpful and made the process of booking my flights stress free. He was also so kind as to keep in touch with me during my travels, which made me feel very relaxed.

Excellent communication and our agent Mr Zia was very honest and helpful to find the best flights and hotel for our package at the most competitive price range. He was also always available via phone and email to answer any questions even while we were on the trip. Highly recommend for Umrah.

Amazing & Stress-Free Solo Europe Trip

I had a truly wonderful experience with Zia and his company, Hajj And Umrah Experts, while planning my solo trip to Europe. Traveling alone can be stressful, but Zia made everything feel easy and smooth from start to finish.
My journey from Amsterdam to Paris was perfectly arranged. From flights to hotel bookings and airport transfers, everything was well-organized and always on time. The transport service was especially impressive—punctual, comfortable, and completely hassle-free.
In Amsterdam, I stayed at XO Infinity Hotel, and in Paris at the B&B Hotel Airport. Both hotels were clean, comfortable, and in great locations. What I appreciated most was the breakfast with halal options, which was fresh and really good—definitely a big plus for me.
A big thank you to Zia for making my solo Europe trip so memorable and enjoyable. His support, attention to detail, and genuine care made a huge difference. I would happily recommend Hajj And Umrah Experts to anyone looking for trustworthy and excellent travel services.

FRAUD!! FRAUD! FRAUD! DO NOT BOOK!! We booked a package for umrah they insisted we paid in full which we did. Once we paid they called a few days later saying they can not accommodate to the package as the the lady who sold us the package gave us the wrong price as she was a trainee and now the prices have increased so we were told to either pay more money or get a full refund. We asked for a refund, it has since then been a whole week no refund recieved and now they have stopped responding to our messages and emails. FRAUD COMPANY DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!

A very reliable company to organise your trip with. I went for Umrah and their service was great! They organised everything to make my stay comfortable and it was indeed! The hotels were great,close to the Haram in mecca and medina. I recommend this company for anyone wishing to travel.

Muhammad Umar helped me obtain some non-UK visas. The service I received was outstanding. Response times and communication was like nothing I've experienced before. I will definitely be returning in the future insha'Allah

Very disappointed with Aerolinks Travel Ltd (ATL). The quality of the hotel provided did not match the description that I was given. In November 2025 four of us purchased a Umrah package from ATL, which included four and five day stay in Makkah and Madinah, respectively. We were promised five star hotels with a quad rooms. ATL terms and conditions state, amongst other things, under the heading of Hotel Policy:- "The hotel has No standard Triple or Quad rooms, although extra bed is available for families.
-Quad rooms for families consist of 2 Standard Beds with two Extra bed.
-The extra bed is not the same size as the original bed size in the room".

Despite the above wording the ATL agent who dealt with my query assured me that, as we were purchasing a package that included stay at five star hotels, the quad room will include four proper beds of the same size. This unfortunately was not the case in the Makkah hotel. The room that was provided was no more than a double room (i.e; a room intended for two persons). Accordingly, we spent four nights in very cramped and uncomfortable surroundings where we were provided with two standard beds, with two roll-on beds, which had an appearance and feel of a camp bed. This was not what we had been promised, the room was substandard and not a quad room with even size beds for which we had paid for.
The hotel official informed me that all the quad rooms in the hotel have two standard beds and two roll-on beds and that they always flag up this information to all the travel agents who book with them. I in response to this contacted ATL informing them of what I had been told by the hotel. ATL responded by informing me that they had contacted the hotel and that they will do something to resolve the situation. Unfortunately nothing was done and thereby ATL had reneged on what they had promised i.e to provide a quad room with even size beds. Even it is the case that the fault may lie with the hotel, it is not for me to identify that fact. Fact remains that there has been a clear failure to provide what I was promised and ATL to whom I had paid the package money to, failed to ensure that I have the type of room that they said I would have.

As regard the hotel in Madinah, the room allocated to us seemed to be a quad room with four beds that appeared to be of even size. However, our booking was for a five star rated hotel, but the appearance of the room was far from what one would expect from such a hotel. This is because the room was very run down, with wallpaper being stained and in places peeling off, the carpet was worn and had not been vacuumed along the edge, the corridor to the room was drab and in serious need of uplift, the breakfast restaurant had broken furniture and a appearance of bus station canteen. I complained to the hotels customer liaison officer querying if this was actually a five star rated hotel. He took on board my concerns and moved us to a nice comfortable room for the remaining four days of our stay. Also we were allowed to have breakfast in a restaurant befitting a five star hotel. Despite the inconvenience of one day of non-five star service our remaining stay (post complaint) was comfortable and enjoyable. It is possible (though I cannot be sure) that either the travel agents book under the umbrella of a five star rated hotel, but for the least desirable rooms, so that they pay less. Their customers therefore pays the full five star hotel rate, but do not receive the five star service and thereby the travel agents maximise their profits. Alternatively, the hotels do not treat their guests fairly by providing them sub-standard service even though they have paid for five star service.

My experience of ATL is that they do not honour what they say they will provide. This I consider to be a dishonest way to trade. I would therefore caution potential customers to be wary of their service.
