I dont speak english, but i'm happy with my Toliss/Aerosoft A340-600, it can be more improvement, but at the moment is a good plane.

I purchased and aircraft and an airport from Aerosoft for MSFS 2024 but it doesn’t install so far and I can’t play .

Nach mehrmaliger Hilfe konnte ich mein Problem lösen

Viele Programme sind wirklich gut, aber A330 funktioniert absolut nicht richtig, und das Programm mit Push-Back funktioniert überhaupt nicht.

Malpensa Airport ist gut gelungen aber der Installer von Aerosoft macht oft Probleme.Als ich den Airport heruntergeladen hatte wurde der nicht im Simulator angezeigt. Erst bei der Verlinkung über mein Portal, das mit meinem Simulator verbunden ist hat es geklappt.

Es gab Probleme bei der Installation des Flight1-Produkts auf einem PC mit Windows 11. Konnten aber mit Hilfe der KI gelöst werden.

Der Support ist ganz okay, die Installation der Zusatzinhalte über Arrosoft One ist umständlich und fehleranfälliig. Die App läuft teilweise instabil. Das Angebot ist auch ok, ich werde aber langfristig bei Händlern kaufen, die Direktdownload anbieten

You buy a product, download the client , enter all the relevant data about which sim you have and where the community folder is (without it actually being explained) and then the client doesn't let you download the plane you just bought. There's not even a button to click to start it. This download/management app really does not work and there isn't even a dialogue box to explain what the problem is. One should have access to the plane(s) right away without any further ado.

Eigendlich immer Top. Und wenn mal was schief läuft, ist der Support sofort zur stelle.

Die Ware wurde bereits einen Tag nach der Bestellung zugestellt. Alles war einwandfrei und sorgfältig verpackt und kam somit in perfektem Zustand bei mir an. Die Liefer- und Rechnungsdokumente waren tadellos ausgestellt.
Ich wünschte alle Online-Händler würden so schnell und seriös arbeiten wie Aerosoft. Werde künftig Homecockpit-Equipment, insofern im Aerosoft-Sortiment vohanden, nur noch dort bestellen.

Kurz gesagt, es macht immer wieder grossen Spass, im Online Shop herum zu stöbern und natürlich auch einzukaufen.
Die Website ist sehr gut strukturiert mit hilfreichen Filtern, die die Produkte eingrenzen lassen. Auch die Abwicklung nach dem Kauf ist unproblematisch. Gut, der Weg über Aerosoft One scheint am Anfang etwas kompliziert, aber nach dem zweiten Mal hat man's im Griff. PS: Diese Erfahrungen beruhen aus diversen Besuchen und Einkäufen, nicht nur aus einem Datum!!
