We were earlier than expected at the port and could take the ferry 2 hours earlier, with no extra costs! This was very fair, because we had only booked the ferry at lowest price where you have no variability in time.

The food is really tasty and fresh, the prices of the products are a bit lower than in the store and there are sometimes promotions

Well clean and maintained. Friendly staff

The crossing went smoothly and was relaxing. Staff were friendly and polite. No coach loads means a more relaxing crossing

Ferry cancelled no explanation given, resulting in a mad dash to Calais, no apology.
