Communication was good and the 'self assembly' option for the trophies was appreciated. A discount worth having for putting trophies on their stands (where applicable) and attaching the engraved plates.
However, I was extremely disappointed with the 'engraving' of the plates. They're not engraved, but printed, so don't look nearly as effective as engraved ones.
Having looked at Aford's website to look in to this, it does state that some plates will be printed instead of engraved, especially during busy times. You can request engraving instead of printing, with the understanding that this will increase the lead time. When I placed the order, I did state there was no rush, as we were replacing trophies that got lost during a house move, so it's disappointing that Aford didn't infer from that statement that engraved plates would be preferred.

Just great selection of trophies at a reasonable price and great quality.

The quality of trophies were amazing, made of metal and marble. The trophies felt good in the hand, with a ample amount of heft. The price was so affordable as well, which was great.

It was also delivered quickly and well wrapped.

Will definitely order from here again when needed.

Great service, items ready quickly

The award was lovely, but a little on the small side. We expected it to be bigger.

Aford were exceptionally fast at delivering on some personalised medals for a hiking event that we were running, we ordered around 40 personalised medals with engraving and custom ribbon, and they arrived 2 days later! They even included a small hiking badge insert on the front of the medal which we didn't ask for but was delighted to receive.

If I was to give one little bit of criticism, it would be that the 'engraving' wasn't exactly engraving, in our case at least. It was a small personalised metallic coloured sticker placed on the back of the medal which worked perfectly fine but just wasn't as expected.

All in all, I'd 100% recommend them for anyone who's looking for good quality personalised medals at short notice!

Fantastic service from the phone call and emails to the fast delivery. The quality of the medals and plaques was very good. I ordered ribbons with the medals and they came already attached, which saved me a lot of time in my prize giving preparations.
