I've used TrophiesandMedals for 15 years or so. On this occasion there was a small problem but how a company reacts to a concern defines that organisation. The problem was efficiently rectified and the missing item delivered in 24 hours. Really well done. Oh, and the glass trophy is really good.

We have been placing orders for the Harrow & District Snooker & Billiards League for several years. They are easy to do business with and we are happy with the range of trophies they offer. Instead of placing orders on their web site, we send a prepared purchase order which includes detailed engraving requirements. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service they offer.

The trophy is exactly what we asked for and what we expected so very happy. They were always available on email when I had a query and delivered it in good time as knew it was for a bday.
