The Rewards are great, but why must we wait so long for a survey...

Extremely poor support. My survey rewards from August 7 and August 21 are completely stuck on 'Pending' status. I have reached out via email and the in-app portal but am being ignored by support. Please look into my account and release my funds immediately

What is wrong with payment options they are not working. If there are technical problems why dont you be in touch with customers through emails and sms and give updates upon your site development.

This platform works very well, I recommend it as my airtime arrives within a minute.

the withdrawal process was under 30secs... very fast .. my only problem with afrisight is the number of months they take before approving a survey income. Also I'm hoping they canad the mobile.money option wey we can withdraw and use to buy even food

I genuinely enjoy using this app and it is really paid however, the withdrawal options are limited, I don’t like how it’s just paypal and mobile top up and not Mobile money

I didn't appreciate that it took a long time for the option to withdraw in my currency to become available, after several months of trying to cash out what I have worked for, although it was a small amount. Secondly, I received the token as credit and not as money in my Mobile Money account. If the team can fix that, then it will be great and will motivate me and others from Cameroon to continue taking surveys.

I Completed a lot of surveys without being compensated for, no response to my complaints. I completed a Diary session in July that pays $5 but up to today, no payment, no communication, when I enquire, no response, sent a lot of emails without response from Afrisight.

Afrisight is horrible and lack customer care🚮

I have withdraw my rewards for two times but limited surveys and longer approvals for rewards

je donne 3 étoiles parce que ici en cote d ivoire la seule facon de retirer tes gains sur afrisight c est de recharger ton mobile or nous faisons des sondages pour de l argent mais nous obligés a prendre des unités c est pas serieux
