Very good,it's the best survey site in Africa

I don't know why afrisight has decided to introduce refer and earn now...I've already recommended it to my family and friends and almost all of them have an account except those without phones and my second problem is the fact that payments takes long to reflect in our dashboard. Thank you

I want to express my disappointment with AfriSight. I have completed several surveys on the platform that were marked as approved, yet my account balance has remained at zero.

Last year, I completed several surveys on this platform and I was paid without issue. I am not sure what has changed, but the current experience is completely different. When I reached out to their support team to resolve the current balance discrepancy, I was told that I must provide the specific Survey IDs for every single completed task to get credit. As a user, I did not think it was necessary to manually record and save every individual ID, as I assumed the platform’s internal tracking would handle this automatically just as it did in the past.

It feels incredibly unfair to have my time wasted and my completed work unrecognized. If surveys are not going to be paid out, the platform should be transparent about that upfront rather than leading users on and then hiding behind a requirement for data that the user shouldn't have to track themselves.

I am very disappointed with this change in service and would caution others to be aware of these issues before investing their time into the platform.

Afrisight survey is real and trustworthy

If i could rate this site and App zero, i would gladly do it. Afrisight is now scamming their users, i completed a survey that was intended for 4000 naira plus but only 0.03 naira was added to my reward page after spending 20 minutes + out of my precious time. And no i was not disqualified, i reached the completed page. AFRISIGHT IS A SCAM, I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND.

The thing now is that Afrisight is so frustrating. Close down this site if you can't manage it. I have answered/completed a survey sent to me through an email for the longest time that didn't reflect in my dashboard,I thought with time,it will since you guys are never serious,it didn't. Just now I answered $0.75 survey through email,after I completed it,it didn't reflect anywhere in the dashboard. This is criminal act from you guys to us penalist. Work on it or better still shut it down.
Let me not talk about countless screening out from the site.
It should have been a solid Zero star if there was an option for that.

I have been trying to widraw but is not working. It keeps saying successful but the money is still there. Kindly rectify this and allow me widraw my reward.

Hi, I've been trying to withdraw for the first time and for three days and I've not been able to, through PayPal which is the only available method for me. Kindly assist

I've been using the survey platform for years and it has been satisfactory but after the upgrade, the withdrawal has been giving me a hard time.
I've been trying to use the bank withdrawal option for days now but it's unavailable. Kindly look into it as soon as possible.

My reward has been pending since February 9 (Almost 5 months now). I have sent several emails to their customer service but nothing has been done till date.

Well this new sight has led to a downgrade first the rewards pend for months and finally after getting the points credited then another issue comes on withdrawal moreover the support system is non functioning.Disappointed!

After the review I was allowed to withdraw $10 out of my $20 balance.
And I was told I can only withdraw $10 daily then the next day I tried to withdraw the balance and none of the withdrawal option was available. I waited again and still tried bt same result

Honestly the Afrisight are used to know has a vast contrast with this one now. The primary issue is about Payouts option, several complaint has been made and you temporarily correct only to repeat the same mistake. Reloady and Sochitel doesn't work for Ghanaian users an Paypal doesn't work for Ghanaians too. flutterrwave was the best but you guys removed it as soon as it was introduced and the bank option has been taken off too. Your services are nothing to write home about. You guys can do better .SMH

Why cant my acct details be changed since January that I requested for the change. I have sent my acct details severally, yet nothing .
They would ask for details both here and email . Yet nothing

My review for the company has declined because of two issues. Firstly is regarding an issue which I had mentioned in my previous review which has not been addressed till now even after being promised that the same had been escalated. It's concerning rewards balance amounting to 2.88 USD which were left in my old account after some balance were transferred to my new one.
Secondly is concerning the numerous mails I have been mailing the Technical Support on my first issue on rewards balance in my old account and failing to get a response from them.
