Hello there AfriSight. Why do you always ignore my raised issues? Is AfriSight still alive really? Kindly check why when I try to top-up my line with airtime via Sochitel keeps saying 'successful ' but nothing has happened?
This isn't the first time raising this question but you keep on ignoring me.
Kindly, it's my right to be given my earnings no matter how little it's.

Please regarding payout choose a better partner that will serve well Reloadly isn't having any Nigerian operator I seek for you to check and enhance this matter

Your customer service stinks or let me say is non existing...you never reply and take your time I replying sade that n great platform like this has more negative than positive reviews..should say to CEO there is a problem with his service leadership and team ..get your act together and you Wil not have these negative reviews

I've been using this survey sight for years, definitely worth my time although recently I'm experiencing issues with the airtime withdrawals.
Trying to withdraw with sochitel is a headache, it just says successful but doesn't work.Support is basically not working. This is the second time I'm trying to withdraw, and to be honest the first time was relatively easy but maybe it's because it was before they upgraded to this new site. Would love if this can be worked on.

i have been trying to withdraw my earning as airtime but Reloadly is not working. I also tried Sochitel; it shows that the transaction was successful, but I do not receive the airtime, and the amount is later reversed.it is really upsetting because i have not recieved any cashout since i jind the platfor and im begining to doubt the credibility

I have not recieved any of my payments from the TopUp option and it says successful.

I give this survey website 3 stars for stressing me before approving my completed surveys taking months. I'll give them five stars in their disbursement of funds to bank account and mobile number done in a few seconds
