Emma Benwell took over the sale of our property when we had had nothing but issues with a previous agent. Not only did she sell it within a week, but she completely took the pressure off us by being a step ahead with everything and making sure the sale progressed. She was in constant contact with us, the buyers and the solicitors and was always available to offer advice and answer any questions. I can’t recommend Emma highly enough.

Nathan was extremely helpful, knowledgable and a good source for advice when needed. The communication was excellent and in very timely manner. Nathan assisted in the negotiation process and was key in us getting the deal we wanted to achieve.

Jack Graham-Lindsey is that rarest of brokers. He knows his area - virtually perfectly; he tells the truth and he trusts people (people trust him in return) and he responds to questions with the truth rather than what’s easy.

He was listing broker for the seller of a flat which I recently purchased. I worked directly with him to get the deal completed in a very short time. He listened to problems and understood them; he found solutions and got people together around those solutions; he was simply remarkably proactive - repeatedly.

In the London areas where Jack specializes, I simply cannot imagine wanting to work with anyone else if Jack were available.

Charlie Crane was great from before we even instructed him. He gave an honest and impartial view during this strange time in 2020 and ensured that we were comfortable and realistic in our plan to sell. I was immediately impressed with how efficient Tim was when I first met him many years ago when he let our Chelsea house. When he moved to Agent and Homes I didn’t hesitate to give him the full management role on a flat in Fulham. He quickly found very good tenants and manages the property brilliantly. He does all the worrying and thinking for me. He has a very good data base of people he can call on for plumbing etc. I really respect him for his honesty and diligence. Right from the start Rav was amazing to work with, within minutes of registering interest on Rightmove he had phoned me back to book a viewing. All the way through the process of renting the property with him he was very professional with a friendly approachable manner, always making it easy for us to talk to him. When we were forced to wait for my employment contract to come through Rav was very understanding and patient which we are very thankful for as we loved the flat and did not want to lose it. The interaction with Rav has been great as he goes out of his way to make you feel you are dealing with a friend rather than an agent.
