In Spring this year Agents & Homes managed my house in Notting Hill on a short let/Airbnb type basis which proceeded very smoothly. They then sold it for me achieving a record busting square footage price for my street. And now they have found me a short let while I look for a new property!

I am no fan of estate agents after buying and renting in London many times over the years. However the team at Agents & Homes really are different. Nice human beings who will work with you to get a sensible result and who have many years experience in the business. And as a business woman I admire their approach, no silly flashy branded cars or offices just a responsive, trustworthy service. Bob, Ed and Emma I salute you.

As tenants, the rental world in London is always somewhat of a daunting one! The battle of finding the perfect place you can call home is tricky and the race is always on to hope you can secure it in time. However, I must say that Sean at Agent and Homes was brilliant, keeping us constantly informed and making us feel like we mattered.

It's been the smoothest of rental rides we've had and we wouldn't hesitate to go back to him again - hopefully next time with a nice big deposit for a place of our own :-)

Quite recently I have had a chance to rent a lovely apartment from Tim Lawler from Agent&Homes. My situation was urgent and I needed to find an apartment asap. Tim has helped me not only to find the perfect place but also to communicate on my behalf with the property manager about my request and requirements. He is a very nice and professional agent with great people skills.

Rollo Miles of Agents and Homes sold us a house in his neighbourhood, and it was a pleasure working with him. He was open to showing us the property multiple times, and to discussing the area, the pros and cons of what various homes in the vicinity offered, and provided many examples of other comparable homes to help us make our decision. He entertained more than one offer from us, and was very reasonable at every stage of the process. The negotiation and subsequent paperwork to close was very easy. So happy to have purchased our home from him!
