This product was exactly as shown on the webpage and arrived to my US address well wrapped and protected for the journey from the maker. I could not be happier with the product, it’s design and the way it will surely surprise my new wife when I give it to her on our honeymoon. I would recommend this gift as well as anything else since I know I’ll be purchasing again from them again in the future.

I recently purchased a heart map encompassing the three milestone dates for our wedding anniversary and I could not be happier! The framed map with the diamond gemstones are absolutely perfect. I ordered a beautiful frame with 4 hearts for my fiancé as a wedding gift. I absolutely love the result. They sent me a draft beforehand, so that I could check that everything was correct which I really appreciated! They made it and sent it out super quickly. Unfortunately DHL took the package hostage without me knowing where it landed and Alex & Rachel were super responsive and quick to help me, so that I could retrieve my package! Ordered a last minute anniversary gift (I left it quite late). Found a gift of happiness on Etsy and a frame/print that looked amazing so ordered and explained I needed quickly.
