Agility are a very good telco provider for our business (an SME).
Very reliable/prompt/and you can speak to someone at the end of the phone which is great.

A long term customer, 19 locations and 300 staff. We commenced with mobiles, then broadband and now VOIP across the company.

We run a complex business with a need for immediate support and assistance. Agility has always provided that.

Crucial services for our company, requires a personal approach that is essential to sustain long term relationships. We have partnered with Agility now for a few years and look forward to many more.

Just had a support call with Paul. As always it was a pleasure. Like all of Agility's staff he was helpful and patient. If you have any communication needs, give these guys a shout, you'll not be disapointed.

A kind and helpful crew. They will contact you and assist you over the phone, or you may share your screen with them and they can assist you remotely.

Running a VA company does come with it's challenges but bringing Agility on board was an absolute game changer. It's made it so much easier for my VA's to communicate both internally and externally and we are more connected to our clients and each other than ever before! System is easy to use, quick to install and very effective.

Our experience with Agility Communications from first contact with Simon, to implementation with Paul, to business-as-usual with Sam and the rest of the team has been superb!

Having had a really bad experience with a previous provider, we were very skeptical when choosing our next supplier. We found that Agility Communications' level of support and technical insight reassured us, and we opted to go with them.

They were very detail-oriented when in the planning phase which meant that implementation went as smoothly as it possibly could have.

I held off writing a review, as many companies get your business, get your review, and then leave you to fend for yourself to a large extent. I can say now, that 3 months after 'go-live' the ongoing service has been excellent. The systems have been reliable and when our requirements have meant we have needed some support, the customer service we have received has been second-to-none.

The system is far easier to use and more intuitive than the last two VOIP systems we used, which means we're able to provide much better customer service to our customers.

In short, I would highly recommend using Agility, they are a friendly, helpful, and highly efficient team supporting an excellent product.

Although we have only been dealing with agility for a short period of time they have been fantastic to deal with. Simon is knowledgeable and goes over and above what is required.

Thanks Agility for looking after our IT and Telecoms estate. Our sales team really benefit from the VoIP system you provide and the Leasedline you provide has never gone down in all the years we have used you. Big thanks to Shane as well for being on hand to support.

Agility communications were superb from start to finish. Nothing was to much and all my queries where answered swiftly and easily. No messing around no fancy jargon straight to the point on what was best suited to fit my needs!. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a first class service at a great price. 👍🏼
