Absolutely awful. Ordered a Christmas tree from b and Q website which described a pre lit tree. Looked lovely in the picture. Received it today, a tiny box with cheap crappy green leaves and cheap crap lights just thrown in the box. False advertising surely this is illegal

Acquistato su Amazon Aigostar- Faro led esterno è stata una delusione essendo invalido e avendo solo un punto di ritiro del reso vicino a me mi dicono di no quindi devo buttare il Faretto che è di pessima qualità batterie meglio dei cinesi entra acqua dappertutto si accende con pieno sole già è il secondo che cambio comprato cinese a meno di 20€ molto meglio e il negozio mi a dato una garanzia di un anno

Uno dei peggiori prodotti sul mercato. Lampadine wife praticamente inutilizzabili a causa delle applicazioni che fanno letteralmente schifo . Soldi buttati . Nessuna assistenza. Dovreste semplicemente chiudere perché i vostri prodotti sono una truffa .

Habe über Amazon einen Wasserkocher gekauft. Eigentlich schön und gut, doch nach 2 Jahren und 3 Monaten defekt! Da lohnt das Geld nicht und werde nie wieder Agiostar kaufen. Habe leider die Bewertung zu spät gelesen.

Benjamin Kettle Broken Lid
Seems I am not alone with a poor experience from Aigostar. @customer service.
We discovered the hinge issue when I found plastic in my tea cup.
On closer examination of the kettle, you could see it that the design of using this Small hard plastic piece for the spring loaded hinge is a weak point.

My temperature control kettle works.
The Lid does not allow me to open it safely with 1 hand, I need to use 2 hands and then it an art to get it right.

We contacted aigostar, through Amazon Italy. They immediately said out of statutory warranty and sent me to Aigostar.
I used the provided contact details and detailed description. Stating that this is a design fault and the kettle still functions.
No response to any email.
Not even an auto reply
Emails were sent to Spanish email, and to their main service and support ones.

It seems they really don't care once they have your money.

I had a kettle from Aldi in the UK that had same temperature control options. That supermarket kettle lasted 6 years.
This one lasted just over 2 years.
Well it functions if you can manage to have a wrestling match each time you need to use it.

Ok something fails.
but to ignore a customer

Don't Buy from Aigostar is the advice here.
Seems I am not alone considering the number of stars they have already..

With so many items we use that are made in China, many which are good and reliable.
We trust the retailer to also include good quality products on their catalogue. This a trust I placed in Amazon. But I am beginning to be weary of Amazon, as it profits them to see a failure just past the statutory date. Even if it's a design fault.

Do I trust amazon reviews and the many pushed recommendations? Not any more
this purchase was a recommendation through their profiling of my habits and search.

La verdad que no duró ni 2 meses, dejo de funcionar de repente, bueno dije está en garantía la van arreglar o me enviaran otra, pues no, ni una ni otra. Me piden que le envié el producto, se lo envío. El producto había llegado al establecimiento hacia 4 días, sin respuesta de aigostar, me puse en contacto con ellos por chat y me dicen que no me puedes hacer la devolución por el mismo método de pago y que les envié una cuenta para que me ingresen y que suele tardar unos 14 días. No recomiendo a nadie la marca AIGOSTAR, productos malísimos y atención malísima y garantía horrible. Ahí lo dejo!!

Compré una freidora y no cumplía con las espectativas por lo que la devolví. Para contactar con el servicio al cliente una desidia y cuando la devuelvo tuve que pagar gastos de devoluciones que fueron 20 euros y la freidora me costó 35. No recomiendo para nada No calidad ni servicios

Ein Wasserkocher war nach wenigen Wochen bereits kaputt. Die Reparatur bzw.deren Versuch war mir zu langwierig und es wurde aus Kulanz Geld zurückerstattet. Aber der Ärger und ein Gerät das sooo schnell kaputt ging, ist nur einen Stern wert.

Meine Fritteuse ist nach der 3 Benutzung nicht mehr verwendbar gewesen da sich die innenbeschichtung angefangen hat zu lösen das ist hochgiftig

Compré un arenero autolimpiable nobleza 2.0. Ahora quiero comprar una bandeja nueva de repuesto y es imposible conseguirla porque no hay stock. Han sacado un modelo nuevo y los que tenemos el antiguo no tenemos posibilidad de comprar los recambios.
Asi el arenero no me sirve para nada, no se puede comprar algo y que en un año no haya repuestos. quiero una solución.

It started making terrible noises
Contacted the range,who told me they would contact aigostar , I sent them video and photos of the vacuum cleaner, which they asked for,.. 4 weeks later, after so many emails from The range, All different customers service agents, asking the same questions, It's not in warranty now ( by 2 months) there's nothing that can be done.
Once again.. inferior companies, hiding behind emails.. No actual telephone customer services.
I will Never buy anything from the range/aigostar again
They are overpriced, for inferior quality products...and as for customer service

Me tendría que hacer cargo de los costos de transporte para la utilización de la garantía! Y para que me respondieran pasó casi un mes... No tienen vergüenza! Freidora que con nada de uso se desprende el teflón... mala calidad y encima mal servicio. NO lo recomiendo. Y menos comprado en marketplace. No entiendo como este tipo de empresas siguen funcionando en España...

Producto defectuoso. Para devolverlo, estando en garantía, tienes que asumir los gastos de envío!!!!!

Van één doet de dimfunctie het nu niet meer.
Ik ben ondertussen al een week aan het heen en weer mailen en ze komen met de meest bijzondere oplossingen.
Nieuwe batterijen in de afstandsbediening (hadden we al geprobeerd), de afstandsbediening van de andere lamp gebruiken (kan niet, die werkt alleen op de lamp waar hij bij hoort en één ab voor 2 lampen is niet praktisch).
Ik heb aangegeven dat ze nu met een serieuze oplossing moeten komen, anders handel ik het verder met Bol.com af.

I was gifted this kettle for Christmas and very disappointed that it broke on Christmas day the following year.
I liked it so much I bought another even though it had only lasted a year. The new kettle expired today 5th Feb so this one has lasted 13 months. Pretty sure I won't be buying another. There are obviously flaws in design or manufacturing. Pity.

Leyendo las opiniones dudaba de que resolviesen mi problema, pero les contacté porque mi airfryer dejó de funcionar después de 9 meses de uso, y me respondieron rápido, les envié la freidora y a la semana me enviaron una nueva. Sin ningún problema.

Verkaufen absolut schlechte Qualität

Compré un grill AIGOSTAR y cuando aún estaba en garantía dejó de funcionar, me puse en contacto con el servicio técnico y su respuesta fue que enviase el grill a reparar a Madrid y que los gastos de envío corrían de mi cuenta, ¡Vaya tomadura de pelo!¡Sale más caro el collar que el perro! Son unos sinvergüenzas, no volveré a comprar nada de esta marca nunca.

Ware über Mediamarkt Marktplatz bestellt. Kam auch schnell. Doch dann wollte ich es zurückschicken. Da ich kein Rücksendeetikett erhalten habe, hat mir eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin bei Mediamarkt dieses ausgedruckt und dann ab zu DHL. Mit der Sendungsverfolgung wusste ich, dass das Paket angekommen war.Der Kundendienst von AIGOSTAR lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Telefonisch niemanden erreicht. Im Internet existieren 2 Telefonnummern, beide nicht erreichbar. Per Email habe ich nach 4 Wochen immer noch keine Antwort. Erst durch Einschalten von Paypal kam alles ins Rollen. Malsehen wie lange ich auf mein Geld warte. FAZIT:Augenaufschlag bei diesem Händler
