Bestellt wirde über Ali Express, die Sendung kam nie an. Der Kundenservice von Aigostar ist reine KI. Ich wurde von Tag zu Tag, Woche zu Woche vertröstet, jedesmal hieß es: morgen wird geliefert. Hier wird gelogen und betrogen!

Compré un sacador a través de Amazon , ardió y no quisieron asumir su responsabilidad en periodo de garantía. Cuidado con el vendedor.A tener en cuenta en futuras compras descartarlo

Leider hatte ich dbzgl. Bewertungen der Aigostar Tischlampe retro nicht vor meiner Bestellung gelesen. Ich kann diese negativen Bewertungen 100% bestätigen!
Zumindest hab ich so gelernt, die angebeulte Tischlampe NICHT zurückzusenden, sondern lieber mit Beule zu behalten.
So erspare ich mir sinnlose mails, die doch nicht beantwortet werden und nervige Rückfragen sowie Mahnungen..um dann letztendlich im Zweifelsfall doch keine Erstattung zu erhalten, wie die diversen Erfahrungen der Kunden beweisen!
Auch meine Lampe kam erst nach 12 Tagen mit Gebrauchsspuren und kleiner Beule im Schirm an. Die beiliegende Gebrauchsanweisung war offensichtlich schon benutzt. Die Lampe ist zwar äußerlich ansprechend, wenn auch nicht sehr wertig und somit der Preis überhöht.

Anmerken möchte ich noch, dass auch die Rückgabeabwicklung ganz schön kompliziert ist! Es gibt viele bestimmte Anweisungen und ohne
Drucker geht's schon mal gar nicht!
Auch ein Foto des Schadens wird verlangt.

Amazon ist dbzgl. ebenso absolut nicht in der Verantwortung! Man kann sich ausschließlich an den Verkäufer wenden, der zudem nur mittels virtueller Assistenz chattet.

Auf gar keinen Fall werde ich jemals wieder bei dieser Firma bestellen!

Ich habe online über mediamarkt marketplace einen ölradiator bestellt und bezahlt. Abgewickelt sollte es über die Firma Aigostar werden. Es kam eine erste Info über das Lieferdatum am 28.11.2025, danach gab es keine Aktualisierung mehr. Ich habe Mediamarkt über die Firma informiert und meine Zahlung zurück gefordert. Ich würde dort nie wieder etwas bestellen!

Ich habe über Media Markt h einen Ölradiator bestellt. Eine DHL-Sendungsverfolgungsnummer wurde mir zeitnah zugesandt. Nachdem jedoch über mehrere Tage hinweg der Status „Sendung noch nicht an DHL übergeben“ angezeigt wurde, habe ich telefonisch nachgefragt. Dabei versicherte mir DHL heraus, dass es sich um eine "Fake"-Sendungsverfolgungsnummer handelt.
Ich gehe daher davon aus, dass der Händler Aigostar versucht, mich zu täuschen. Besonders bemerkenswert finde ich, dass Media Markt weiterhin mit solchen Händlern zusammenarbeitet. Ist dies für ein Unternehmen wie Media Markt wirklich notwendig?

Compré un producto suyo en la web de mediamarkt. Necesito devolverlo, se lo envío al almacén según sus indicaciones y dice. A PESAR DE TENER COMPROBANTE DE ENTREGA que no lo tienen. SE QUEDAN CON EL DINERO Y CON EL PRODUCTO

Bol gaat ons uiteindelijk, na veel heen-en-weer gechat terugbetalen.

I bought a security light from this company through b&q the light is faulty and does not work I made contact and they asked me to photograph the item not working!! I questioned this then they said they would send me a lamp I just want them to send me a replacement security light as I am disabled and need a outside light I am getting no where now they want a video to prove I haven't broken the light. en dos meses que lleva instalado el ventilador, ha funcionado como se esperaba; leva unos veinte dias que no deja de parpadear, habiendo bajado la intensidad de la luz, llegando incluso a ponese en penumbra. Yo no se que hacer con el; ya que he revisado la intalacion , conexiones, y no veo nada anormal. ¿Hay alguna solucion para ello?. Es el modelo Bluetooth Mesh Smart Fan Light.

1200 watt blender had used only a few months when the jug blade bearing and seal disintegrated. Contacted company for a replacement blade as it is replaceable with 2 screws. Company replied with email but despite sending them the order details as they request they never respond a second time and no after sales service is available so item useless within warranty period and no recourse available. Avoid.

purchased one of their 1 Ltrs 1100W kettles via Amazon on 4th November 2024. the unit failed to work by the beginning of July 2025. I submitted a complaint via Amazons system as it had a one year warranty. The usual procedure is for Amazon to relay the message to the supplier. To date I have not had a response.

He comprado un recambio de cesta que en la foto viene con enganche en cuña vertical al asa,pues la que te llega a casa es de otro tipo de enganche y para colmo la devolución la pagas tú el envío y como te haya llegado rayado no se hacen cargo.Una experiencia FATAL

A mediados de julio escribí una opinión contando mi mala experiencia en la compra de un ventilador evaporativo. Tras ello, contactaron conmigo y la experiencia posterior ha sido mucho peor. Tanto es así, que les he denunciado por múltiples presuntas irregularidades detectadas. No te limites a protestar, denuncia todo aquello que consideres que ha vulnerado tus derechos como consumidor. Si sólo lo hace uno, desgraciadamente, según mis experiencias, Consumo no hace caso de ello y responde diciendo que la empresa alega que ha sido un hecho singular que nunca les había pasado. Ejercita tus derechos ante todas las empresas que se intentan aprovechar de nosotros.

Compré una freidora de aire Aigostar Smart Cube 1900w y encantada con el producto, pero se me ha estropeado recientemente y he llamado para preguntar por la garantia.......no hay forma de contactar con la empresa, ni con at. al cliente, ni por correo electrónico ni a ningún número de telefono que viene en internet , nadie contesta. Una vergüenza, no vuelvo a comprar ningún producto de esta marca.

He comprado un secador y segun la foto lleva funda, ha llegado en una caja sin mas y sino lo quiero lo devuelvo porque es lo que hay....

Buonasera, ho acquistato delle Lampadine Aigostar ECO/R7/s/120W (2250 lumen) praticamente ne ho fulminate 4 una al giorno, montata la mattina e la sera già fulminata, la stessa cosa con tutte le altre, evitate questo marchio, prodotti SCADENTI

Muy buen servicio, ultrarrápido, compré un ventilador con luz RGB a través de su app y al dia siguiente estaba en casa con Correos Express.

El mismo ventilador costaba 30€ más en Amazon y tardaba 3 días...

Buena calidad y conectividad perfecta con Alexa, la app es muy intuitiva y el ventilador de techo funciona muy bien, les compraré mas cosas
