⚠️ SCAM ALERT – GET THE FULL PRICE IN WRITING BEFORE THEY ARRIVE

My girlfriend is pregnant and was extremely sick and vomiting, so we urgently needed help. I contacted this company specifically asking for a saline drip.

They gave me what seemed like a reasonable price over WhatsApp, so I agreed for them to come out. Once they arrived, however, multiple additional treatments and medications were added, and I ultimately ended up paying an unbelievable 7,000 AED.

The bill included 1,350 AED for ondansetron, 1,500 AED for electrolytes, 1,650 AED for multivitamins and 950 AED for an additional 250ml of hydration.

Afterwards, I checked other Dubai providers. I have screenshots from two competitors showing their advertised prices for comparable treatments, so people can see the price difference for themselves. Based on the comparisons I made, some of what I was charged was around 3× the prices I found elsewhere.

What makes this particularly upsetting is that my girlfriend was pregnant, vomiting and needed treatment quickly. We were in a vulnerable situation and our priority was making sure she was okay — not questioning the price of every medication being offered. I came away feeling that our urgency and vulnerability had been taken advantage of.

My experience was that the initial WhatsApp price sounded reasonable, but the final bill became dramatically higher after they arrived and additional items were added.

I strongly recommend getting the TOTAL price of everything in writing before they arrive. If they suggest adding anything during the visit, ask exactly what it costs before agreeing.

I feel completely ripped off and would never use this company again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company do respond quicky and they will probably be near the top of paid results if you google doctor services.

But what the actually do when they turn up so try to absolutely rinse you for a load of tests you don't need and they charge 5x the going rate. They tried to sell 7k of blood tests.

They are pushy and feed on people's vulnerability to try and extract the maximum amount of money from them. Absolutely shameful.

Staff is terrible , person who chats on WhatsApp is unprofessional and for lack of a better word a professional liar , they promised to deliver medications and they never did and wasted my time for 3 days

My 2 year old grandson was experiencing diarrhoea since returning from a holiday and was clearly in a great deal of pain when his nappy was changed. My husband called Aims for a home visit. A doctor and nurse arrived and examined the toddler. They said we needed to do certain tests. As they were the medical professionals we assumed the tests were necessary so we paid 8,000 dirhams. When we checked online we couldn't find any stool tests exceeding 2,500 dirhams for the most comprehensive tests but most were considerably less. When later challenged about the cost we were told "the mother and the grandmother agreed". We simply trusted the medical professionals which in the case of Aims Healthcare proved to be a big mistake. The baby did not require any medication and recovered on his own. 8,000 dirhams is ridiculous for a stool test. We were also charged 200 dirhams for the nurse, who was not needed at all as she simply presented the extortionate bill. We are sure that all the tests were not necessary and were simply a ruse to increase the costs. Medical professionals are supposed to act with integrity.

If I could give Aims Healthcare zero stars, I would.

In ten years of living in Dubai, I have never encountered an establishment that demonstrated such a lack of integrity and professionalism. They arrived over an hour and a half late for a scheduled home blood test for my minor daughter. By that time, my husband was in a meeting.

No adult present was properly informed of the scope of the testing. Despite this, they proceeded to carry out blood tests on my minor daughter without any adult present, without a parent’s signature, and without parental consent. They then took payment directly from her. The total cost exceeded AED 4,000.

It is unlawful to conduct medical testing on a minor without parental consent. In addition, several of the tests performed were not part of our original request and were entirely unnecessary.

When I attempted to address the issue and request a reversal for the additional testing, I was met with over a week of excuses, ignored calls, and avoidance. When I finally spoke to a member of senior management, she was dismissive, spoke over me, and took no responsibility for what I consider serious misconduct and negligence.

I have now opened a formal investigation with the Dubai Health Authority.

Please exercise extreme caution if considering this establishment. In my experience, their priority appears to be financial gain rather than patient welfare, legal compliance, or proper medical protocol. Their pricing is also excessively high. The same service in clinics or hospitals is a fraction of the price that AIMS charge.

One star is to much.
If I asked to pay days correctly she fired me.
Great abuse from manager, it wasn't the first time she didn't give me off or pay off.She talks badly to the staff and if you don't accept she fires you.

Prior to the visit, I confirmed in writing via WhatsApp that the price for a 600 mg glutathione IV drip was 399 AED, and that this price included the home visit and doctor fee.

During the visit, I declined a more expensive package and agreed to two 600 mg drips, which should have totalled 798 AED based on the agreed price.

After the IV drip had already been connected, I was presented with a bill of 1,397 AED and informed of additional “nurse charges” that were never disclosed or agreed upon beforehand.

I am from the UK and I thought in the UAE they could not do this, but I was wrong. The matter is now being taken up with the DHA .

Very disappointing experience. Their main intention seems to be taking money rather than providing proper service. Everything is extremely slow, and the insurance doesn’t actually cover what they promise. They said they would send all the documents to my insurance company for the claim, but they never did—even after I reminded them multiple times. They also sell medicines at very high prices. Overall, they misuse the name of “service” just to scam people in a clever way. Just for a painkiller injection, did bill 1600aed.

Honestly I think they are maybe a scam. They have visited me twice for my kids, and both time insist on a 4k Dhs test. When I say I don’t have insurance, they actually become helpful and just say more of ‘wait and see’. The doctor is so kind and sweet but I really don’t trust them, and won’t use them again.

Ps I am pretty sure the five star reviews are fake.

Very bad service next time never suggest anyone

A couple of things...the report was delayed by 100 hours. I paid for the most sophisticated test 286+ and they sent me a report fir 200+...they shard a sample report of 286+ before the test and what they sent me after constant reminders was a report for 200+. Have requested my money back or will take it to with concerned Dubai authorities to shut down AIMS. Blood test on August 26th. Report received September 2nd.

Called another company for the same exact test… 700 aed.. not sure what to say here or what to review. I hope this reaches their superiors so that they should adjust their prices.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with AIMS Healthcare during a consultation for my 9-month-old daughter. Despite her being clinically stable with no fever and normal vitals, we were pushed toward an unnecessary and outrageously expensive treatment plan totaling AED 7,500 — including a viral panel for AED 5,000, a UTI panel for AED 500, and a nebulization session for AED 1,000.

The doctor even refused to prescribe Ventolin, which we later learned is available over the counter in the UAE. All this was done simply to determine if antibiotics were needed — something any ethical practitioner could assess based on symptoms and vitals.

As medical professionals ourselves, my wife and I could see through the fear-driven tactics and inflated diagnostics. But it’s deeply concerning to think how non-medical families might be pressured into paying for unjustified treatments out of fear.

Looking at other reviews, it’s clear this kind of overcharging and upselling is not an isolated incident. AIMS Healthcare appears to prioritize profit over patient well-being.

I strongly urge others to exercise caution and seek a second opinion before agreeing to any proposed treatment here.

Horrible experience. They are money looters. Basically scam artists.. they promise make you pay and then escape blaming you. Please do not take their service and pls tell your friends not to. They are very good with being nice until they swipe your card. After that they blame you for agreeing to go ahead with their service not keeping in mind what they promised or said initially.

After they charged nearly 6000 for their visit, the diagnosis was wrong and all medications, my sister had to go to hospital and pay again !
Unprofessional and they know nothing and their prices are not reasonable. I do not recommend them at all

With big disappointment I need to leave them 1 star because it seems they are unprofessional and lack of care. First of all, I am medical doctor myself living in KSA. I was in Dubai for 3 days and I had an accident. My doctor friend that was with me called this clinic to check on me. I couldn’t stand on my feet and I was vomiting a lot. They came after 45-55 minutes after we called them. Sudanese doctor and one nurse. They didn’t tell me the price, just took blood pressure and suggested me to give me various number of iv drips vitamins shoot etc.. price was more than 5000 AED in total so I just asked for check up and anti nausea injection. I requested a bill and didn’t get it. Also didn’t get a report. Since I have private insurance and travel coverage I need to submit my bill and report to get the amount back from the company. I sent email to various addresses and no one from the clinic responded! Also this email they put here in comments I send 3 times and no response! I think this is really unprofessional and reckless from their side. As a patient and as a doctor I would never ever call this kind of clinic to do the check up on me. I really hope I will end up with my report and bill otherwise I am think of hiring a lawyer for this matter.

Having fever in a hotel room I asked for a doctor and this company was called. They made me to pay the incredible amount of 13.550 AED for some simple analysis and for a Respiratory virus panel super espress quoted by itself 6.500AED.
Then I had tu urge twice the company to send me the results of the do called super espress panel and I got it only 15 days later after my second request. The analysis had produced no results. I had a virus but no virus was detected. Was the specimen contaminated or inappropriate? Who knows? What is certain is that I had been rippled off. I spent the huge amount of 13.550 AED for a blood analysis whose results I already knew and for some vitamins

I have used AIM red-light therapy for 8 weeks as I have suffered with BAD dry itchy skin for the last two years and tried numerous prescribed creams with no results but after 8 weeks treatment of red-light therapy my skin is now perfect. I would highly recommend the clinic and various therapy's. P.
