The worst experience with an airline, a man in the front desk didn’t allow us to get in the plane because we didn’t check in online even the website didn’t allow us to do it. I wish I could post a picture of this man.

È già la terza vola che mi cancella un volo : mi costringe a cambiarlo pena rimanere a piedi !
Il mio volo del 14 di novembre e stato rimandato il 15 e quello del 14 di dicembre spostato addirittura al 20 di dicembre . Cisa sta succedendo !
La stessa cosa successa con il volo di oggi che era stato prenotato x il 25 !

I had booked a flight three months beforehand from Tirana to Istanbul on 28/09 and return Ist -TR on 02/10. They notified me with email two weeks before the flight that they canceled my return flight, saying they werent flying at all that day, however two other friends of mine who were on the same return flight didn't receive the same notice, also the flight wherever i checked was still ok. Ruined my entire plans and holidays. Horrible, rude, irresponsible company and staff.]Wouldnt recommend anyone to fly with this airline

Compagnia aerea che potrebbe sponsorizzare la Juventus per le schifezze e ladrate che fa. Due giorni in aeroporto per volo cancellato e anticipato di un giorno per poi ritrovarlo in overbooking di oltre 30 posti. Schifosi.

Best Airline to travel to Albania with ,from my experience with other companies is way much better for everything

As an ethnic Albanian, I was extremely pleased to be able to fly with Air Albania and so I did so from Milan.

But unfortunately I had an experience that I have never had anywhere else in the world. The people in charge of Air Albania broke into my suitcase and stole 1000 euros from it. This kind of thing never happened to me before, not even during my trip to South America.

My home country of all countries stabbed me in the back here, wow, this realization almost hurts!

People, stay away from this airline, no matter how good the offer is, you will be robbed and lied to.

I bought the tickets through booking.com to fly from Albania to Milan with Air Albania my flight was supposed to be on July 18. I got the email saying that Air Albania wants to cancel my flight. there was no flying to Milan.I called them, saying you think you’re gonna fool me. There is no flight between 18 to 22nd from Albania to Milan or you over sold tickets and you’re cancelling my flight to resell them more expensive. I called them because I didn’t get the money back. They told me to contact booking.com because they refund it to booking.com and when I came back to Canada, I called them on 29 July Air Albania did not send any cancellation to booking.com I don’t know who to believe, but I do not trust Air Albania to fly anywhere. They don’t deserve not even one star but it doesn’t allow me to write a review without one star. Stay away from air Albania

My Istanbul to Tirana flight got delayed by 12 hours.
My travel insurance company requires written documentation from Air Albania for my claim.
The documentation must state the reason for the delay and the original time of departure and the actual time of departure.
I've been trying for a month to get Air Albania to email me the reason for this flight delay.
Was it engine problems? Electrical issues?
There has been no reply to my emails and impossible to call them.

You can't claim any compensation from any of those flight claim compensation websites as they're not based in Europe.

Horrible experience with them.
This flight was booked via Turkish Airlines. Theyre equally as bad.

By far the worse customer service I have experienced in the past 15 years.

They lost my bags and after going to the lost and found office they never answered my calls or emails to let me know what happened. I found the bags by contacting a million other people. "Air Albania" is not the pride of the country but more similar to the feeling you get when you think about the cake of the 100th anniversary of independence.

My flight got canceled. Nobody from AirAlbania is reachable. My emails go unanswered. I didn‘t receive a refund or a compansation. Highly unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Direi pessimi, al pomeriggio ti confermano il volo con e-mail e 5 ore dopo te lo cancellano. Ovviamente non c'è spiegazione del perché abbiano cancellato un'intera settimana di voli. C'è posto o 5 giorni prima o 3 giorni dopo la mia data che non mi va bene perché o non faccio la vacanza o devo prendere permesso al lavoro. Ho pensato al rimborso ma con così poco anticipo trovare biglietti è difficile. Almeno con wizzair o Ryanair puoi prendere un indennizzo per il disagio, con loro non riesci. Non prenotate con loro , pessimi proprio.

Anulato il volo 4 volte.
Fatto il biglietto per i miei genitori con partenza il 03/07/24.
Mi mandano la prima mail, il volo e stato cancellato.
Ri prenoto per il 04/07/24.
Nuova mail, il volo viene spostato la sera.
Di nuovo un altra mail.
Sposto il volo per il 25/07/24.
Oggi 08/07/24 una nuova mail.
Basta ora si chiede il rimborso.
Cmq ce puzza di bruciato, perché non penso che i voli li cancellino veramente. Semplicemente mettono in vendita più biglietti, e quelli che magari hanno prenotato prima (con meno soldi) li lasciano a piedi.
Cmq grazie a mai più (in tutto questo non ho messo anche tutti i soldi che ho lasciato in telefonate).
Noi andiamo cosi orgogliosi di essere Albanesi!
Ma oramai ce da vergognarsi veramente.

Leggendo le altre recensioni mi è anche andata bene visto che mi hanno annullato il volo a due settimane dalla partenza per questioni “organizzativi” di cui ovviamente non si sa niente. Solita bugia che raccontano, nessuna novità in tutti questi anni. Creano il disagio e ovviamente quando chiedi di spostarlo ti danno un volo 3 giorni dopo la tua data, facendoti perdere soldi sia per la casa al mare prenotata che giorni di ferie, ma ovviamente non ti rimborsano anche i giorni persi, solo il volo che loro hanno annullato. La ragazza del centralino estremamente scortese e maleducata che prendeva pure per i fondelli proponendo di farmi volare da Bologna o altre città che distano ore da Milano dicendo “visto che non ti va bene il 24 luglio allora puoi partire da Bologna, almeno puoi partire quando vuoi tu”. Tutto ciò perché ho fatto presente che sono estremamente scorretti verso tutti i clienti a costringili a prenotare nuovi voli a ridosso della partenza facendoli spendere il triplo (da tener presente che ho prenotato il volo a GENNAIO! E che già mi avevano spostato 3 volte l’orario della partenza in questi mesi).
Credevo di aver visto il peggio da WizzAir ma mi sbagliavo.

Dovevo partire da Tirana per Milano Malpensa, volo prenotato e confermato, a 2 giorni dalla partenza mi mandano una mail che il volo è annullato! Posso spostarlo ad altra data o chiedere il rimborso completo del biglietto, avrei preferito mi avessero fatto partire! Zero serietà da parte della linea aerea si dovrebbero vergognare! Mai più!!! Oltretutto controllando sul loro sito lo stesso volo risulta "sold out"!

Pessima compagnia! Venerdì 7 Giugno Malpensa volo Per Tirana 16,50. Arriviamo in aeroporto 2 ore prima ed il volo risulta in ritardo, partenza prevista per le 20,03. passano le ore, nessuna comunicazione poi dopo forti rimostranze di tutti i passeggeri, finalmente il personale di terra dell'aeroporto si degna di informarci che il volo è stato cancellato. sono le 19! il volo è riprogrammato per le 22 dell'8 giugno.
il giorno successivo il volo parte in ritado di 1 ora e 30 minuti.
Giorno 15 Giugno rientro da Tirana su Malpensa partenza prevista per le 19, poi rimandata alle 19,35. alle 19,30 effettuano il bording. Siamo in attesa dell'arrivo del bus, arriva apre le porte ma.... una hostess di terra ci blocca dicendo che non è per noi, contemporaneamente lo stuart ci chiede di rientrare che ci deve dare una comunicazione. quasi tutti ci rifiutiamo chiedendo di fare la comunicazione sul posto ma si rifiuta. A quel punto interviene un'altra hostess che con fare scorbutico e maleducato ci intima di rientrare, al nostro rifiuto dice che avrebbe chiamato la polizia. le diciamo di chiamarla. Arriva la polizia, spieghiamo cosa succede e ci dicono che abbiamo ragione ma loro sono li solo per evitare che qualcuno alzi le mani. nel frattempo rientriamo ma come previsto non hanno nulla da dirci, si inventano che forse l'aereo ha qualche problema tecnico, si susseguono telefonate concitate fra addetti di terra e la compagnia. Mi accorgo che il bus che prima aveva fatto salire i passeggeri di un altro gate e li aveva portati verso l'unico aereo Air Albania presente in pista ritorna indietro carico e si ferma lontano dal gate. improvvisamente la situazione si sblocca, rifanno il bording velocemente ci fanno salire su un altro bus e saliamo a bordo. Chiedo allo stuart di bordo quale problema ci fosse e lui mi risponde che a loro era stato comunicato di problemi al gate. quindi erano tutte balle. finalmente alle 20,45 l'aereo decolla!
NON volerò mai più con AIR ALBANIA!

Bereits mehrfach Air Albania geflogen und gerne wieder. Buchung problemlos, Flug relativ pünktlich, Personal freundlich, Gepäckregelung für die Preisklasse top, es gab sogar kleinen aber leckeren Snack. Leider online- check-in nicht überall möglich.

First time flying this airline and will be the last time flying it also. Worst customer service, horrible communication with delay lasting 11+ hours without any explanation. Our flight to leave Istanbul was first delayed by about 30 or so minutes which is fine, we all understand delays happen. We then went on to board the flight and got to the runway, when the captain then announced that the brakes were too hot and needed to wait a few minutes, after about 30 minutes he came back and said that he needed to turn the plane back to the gate. When we got to the gate the captain said to remain seated and the engineer team was going to fix the problem then and there we got LIED TOO ONCE AGAIN!!! Then they said there is a bus downstairs waiting for us and we need to hop off the plane. We all got off the plane and went to the gate, where we got told the delay was 2-4 hours and ended up being 11 hours and 40 mins delay. As a result we were left stranded at the airport. We booked our flights through Turkish airlines but it is operated by Air Albania. We are very upset and annoyed at what happened. We kept getting told 2 hours more etc. it ended up being 11 hour and 40 minute delay.I would never fly with this airline even if the fare was free let alone pay for it. Would not recommend flying this airline to anyone.. Stay away unless you like sitting around at airports to wait for nothing. No apologies or anything from the team at air Albania or by ground staff.
