I had a very disappointing experience with the airport parking deals with service provider number 07563870088 at Gatwick Airport.
When I arrived, the driver asked me to pay an extra £10 just to enter the airport. This charge was never clearly stated in the original advertisement, which is very misleading. When I called the office to question this, I was told it was mentioned in the confirmation email; however, after checking, there was no such information provided.
I was travelling with my wife and our 7-year-old child, which made the situation even more stressful. The person on the phone was extremely rude and even threatened to leave my car in the airport parking if I refused to pay. I felt pressured and had no choice but to pay the £10.
After my 4-day trip, I called for my car to be returned at midnight. I was told I would need to wait one hour due to âtraffic,â which made no sense at that time. When I questioned this, the staff member became aggressive, told me to âshut your mouth,â and threatened to delay me further.
In the end, I waited 2.5 hours for my car, late at night, with my family. On top of that, I was asked to pay an additional £10 exit fee, which I refused. The driver threw my car keys on the ground, and he left, which ended up costing £8 at the machine, bringing the total cost to £58, compared to the advertised £36.99. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers with hidden charges.

Paid for parking at Canopy near Denver airport. The parking was to cover 3/20 at 1;30 pm to 3/25 at 2:30 pm. When I tried to leave the parking lot before the reservation end time, I was required to pay an additional amount of $10.97 to exit. I brought this up to Parkingnearairports.io, including documentation that they did not pay Canopy enough to cover my fees for the reservation. Parking Near Airports refused to honor their commitment and refused to refund the amount I had to pay in addition to their charges.
No correction or refund allowed
Upon booking the date and time, I clicked on the â0600â which most people believe to be AM. After getting my confirmation email, I realized I made a mistake. The 0600 was a PM TIME SLOT. No worries right? Iâll just call them and have them switch it. I was able to get a real person on the phone who explained to me that the original booking cannot be changed nor is it refundable. Absolutely horrible. So I had to make another booking and pay twice all because I made a small mistake with the time. Pretty sad business ethic if you ask me.

I wish there was a lower rating. I had a reservation to park for PDX airport. I get to the place (Ramada) at 4am. Guy at counter says they are all full. I gave a reservation He says they only have3 spots for Airport parking and they are full. So now my$70 parking is $180, and takes 7-10 days for my refund.

Really, they are more than happy to take your money. Park you whenever you want. Even though there not running. Had to call a lift. And found out I'll probably need one to get back. Won't do it again. Hopefully car is ok when I get back? Update! Well I spoke to soon. Received a phone call. One of my windows was broken. Of course no cameras. But they were nice enough to say sorry. Now I'm out a window. Lucky it didn't rain.

I would have rated a minus 5 if given the opportunity. I parked with airportparking.com because I couldnât get a reservation at one of Boston Loganâs parking garages. I had to give the attendant my key fob, which I thought was odd. When I returned to my car it was not the way I left it. Both seats were repositioned, the Tilt Steering Column (the mechanism that adjusts the steering wheel up and down/ forward or back to find a comfortable angle) had been adjusted, insignificant items were taken from the center console and the trunk. I believe someone drove my car off the lot. Why would anyone make all these adjustments to move my car 200 feet from where I parked it? Unreal!

The service I purchased was for "indoor valet" service since it was winter and I was arriving from the airport early morning, just after midnight. As a single woman I need to be mindful of safety so I thought this would be great, since I wouldn't need to deal with snow and ice on my car as well, at that hour. So, the shuttle from the hotel, where the lot was, was fine mostly. The gentleman driving asked me to help him load my bag, which I did, it was heavy. When we all got our luggage, he made a comment after we all tipped him that thanks, he'll enjoy his coffee, which I took it as we didn't tip him enough. I brushed that off since I alone gave him $5 for a 5 minute ride to the airport. The hotel shuttle was fine, cold, but again 5 minutes, no big deal, and brought us to our specific airline door. When I arrived home a week later, I called the number for pickup which directed me to the area for pickup. They were there within 5 or so minutes. Again they expected you to deal with loading your own luggage and a cold bus. The driver (a different gentleman from my first trip), did eventually help me as my suitcase was going up the steps into a rack inside the shuttle.This was a different bus for pick up. We had to go pick up another woman and then to the hotel lot. The ride was questionable. I think the bus didn't have any shocks, not even joking. He avoided bumps and practically came to a stop at one. Still in my head I'm like, whatever, it's 5 minutes. What put me over was when they told me where my vehicle was in the first row. I questioned them if my vehicle had been inside all week. They gave me a quick yeah, yeah. So off I went in my summer sneakers and lightweight jacket and heavy suitcase trudging through the freezing cold and dark parking lot looking for my car at 12:30 a.m. When I found it I was furious! Covered in hard icy snow! Rrrrrrr. At that point I just did what I had to do to get on the road for my hour drive home with frozen fingers. I called the support number the next day and explained the situation. They said they'd discuss it with the manager and call me back in 5 minutes. Fast forward 5 days later when I called again. I'm sure my tone at this point was b#%*hy. They needed all my information again and this time I had to send"proof" of this. I'm glad I took a picture of my car when I got there, otherwise I probably wouldn't have received anything. After this whole fiasco, the credited me $22 and change back. Moral of the story, just park at the airport!

They are a 3rd party seller for parking in Ontario Canada. The price displayed for the parking is not in CAD, so when you pay for it, it will convert to USD and you end up paying twice the amount. I called them on the phone and they did absolutely nothing. Will never use their service again.

STAY AWAY! They are horrible I requested refund after going to pick up my car and it wasnât in lot I had to call uber as I am leaving my car was parked a block away NOT on the LOT! They just drop us off after waiting 1 hour for shuttle and told us to look for our car!

Using airportparking.com was by far the worst experience ever. I will never use them again and will share my horrible experience with friends and family. First off, the instruction said to call at least 24 hours ahead to schedule a pick up. I called way over 24 hours but no one picked up the phone. After trying for hours, someone finally picked up only to tell me they would call me back. Never received a call. Called back 2 hours later, no answer again. A few more hours went buy, I finally got a hold of someone again. By now, it was under 24 hours. The lady who answered the phone proceeded to tell me they might not be able to schedule a pick up because I didnât call at least 24 hours. Oh, I gave her an ear load after that. I got picked up in a Honda Civic. Not a shuttle, but I couldnât care less. Two weeks later before returning, I called 2 day ahead to schedule my shuttle pick. Again, was told someone would call me back. Never did. I call the next day. Was able to speak to someone, scheduled my pick up and thought everything would be smooth from there. On the day of my flight during my 1.5 hour layover, I call to confirm where I should go to wait for my shuttle. I also asked what vechicle will be picking me up so I know what to look for. Was told they didnât know and would be calling me back. Never called back. I called again 10 minutes before boarding. Was told they donât have any information yet and that for me to call back when I land. Landed, called again. Again, was told they are checking and would call me back. 20 minutes later, still no call. Called back no answer. Multiple calls were made and my calls went unanswered. By this time, I had enough. Took an Uber ride instead.

I used airport parking.com to find a place to leave my car for 2 weeks while on vacation. When we returned on 12/21/24 I called for a ride from the Philadelphia airport back to my car where we had left it at the Wyndham Garden Philadelphia Airport Hotel. My husband is 81 and I am 73. We waited in 23° weather for 1 hour outside until they finally came to pick us up. After the first 1/2 hour, I made calls to them every 10 minutes. I was told the driver was on his way, again and again. When he finally did arrive he blamed it all on traffic. There is no way it took him an hour to get us when it was a 3 Mile drive!!!! I will never use the Wyndham Garden Philadelphia Airport Hotel as a place to park my car again, no matter how cheap the price is! And from the looks of the hotel and their employees, I wouldn't suggest anyone ever stay there either!
Horrible experience waiting for hours to load a shuttle
I used this site to book parking at Orlando airport , My reservation went to a company on that site called Orange MCO parking . They have super small shuttles that canât fit much resulting in huge lines going to the airport and coming back . I am currently waiting in line for the fourth shuttle hoping to get a spot to get to my car . Donât ever use this site.
Basically a fraud organization
This is basically a fraud organization. They lure you in with relatively good prices for airport parking. Once you pay for your reservation and show up in the parking lot, they will tell you that there is an "additional charge." For example, an SUV fee or something like that. Obviously, this is designed to corner people who are arriving at the airport - to either pay up or miss their flights. Besides, even if you have an alternative solution and try to cancel, they will "regret to inform you that the reservation cannot be refunded." Makes me sad that this stuff is going on relatively unpunished. Please avoid this site and make other arrangements.
Bad experience not being picked up!
Good experience on our ride to O'Hare airport, nice driver, got there on time. They noted our return date & time information and told us where we should wait when we got back. We arrived back ahead of time & waited in the specified spot but no one came. 30 minutes after our pick up time we called the number on our confirmation form & followed prompts to talk to driver directly--number was not in service. Called the second number on our form & talked to someone in another state who said it happens sometimes & try again--number not in service. Called affiliated hotel where car was parked, after 20 rings the person said she'd transfer call to front desk. After 20 rings, the on hold music started--after 8 minutes of that we called hotel back, no answer. We called an Uber. Total time wasted standing in the cold 1 and a half hours. A follow-up phone call the next day told us the shuttle service is not guaranteed. Just the parking spot. Yet they advertise it as being part of the package. Very deceptive advertising! Would not recommend this company.
