I love park and go
There always reliable,fast I don’t have to worry about missing my friend
When I arrive I call them they are there fast
They take you to your car
You don’t have to walk
I love them I give them a 100
I have been doing it for years and not once anything negative to say
They even give me a bottle water when I leave

It is incredibly easy to make head round on the website and it makes the whole process of the reservation very plain and simple.

Getting picked up at the airport was great. On time and a great driver. But the day we arrived to go to the airport the driver didn't pull up to my car. She was at least 6 cars away from mine. Never helped me with my luggage. I had to drag it to the van while she stood there. Not happy about that.

The website was easy to use with many options. Got great value and will definite return on my next trip.

The process was very easy. I had a question, called, and got an answer right away.

I was very pleased with the company’s service and I will definitely use them again...

Memorial Parking was closed at 10 pm last night, Thursday May 27!!! Finally had to take Lyft to get back to my car. Unacceptable. Called this morning was told "that's not my shift, can't help you." Will never use again.

I wish I had known before I hit submit that I needed to print my receipt, my printer doesn’t work. I usually have things saved to my phone. Other than that the website is fine.

The staff is always friendly, efficient and professional. They immediately assist and direct you upon arrival. They will have a van waiting to help with luggage and take you to the airport. Because of their excellence, whenever I fly, I use this service. .

Great first time experience. Easy to make reservation on line. Quick ride to and from airport. Car waiting and ready to go when I arrived at parking. Joy Parking team very friendly and helpful. Reasonable.

The email I received with my parking reservation stated $56.36 and I was charged $57.39 and when I wanted to call in there is no number other than the parking service at the airport. There is no number for cheap airport parking.com. I would NEVER use this SITE.

no sweat, no problems all was great from getting there to the airport, from the airport to the car and then home.

Shuttle service and convenience to and from Airport was awesome. They even had my car ready!!! Would have never found the right parking without this website!!!!

The only thing that I did not like is that I was not reminded that I had to provide my coupon and had to pay more then what I thought it was going to cost. This happened to me before. I think that there should be some way that you can tell in your system that we we booked prior to the coming so that you do not have to present a coupon.

Overall a good and convenient experience. I would definitely park here again. Upon returning, you need to call the hotel to have the shuttle pick you up. This wasn't clear to me, so I waited 20 minutes thinking the shuttle would be running and when it didn't arrive, I thought to call.

Check in was fast, efficient, no wait for shuttle to airport, clean, friendly staff. Pick up was quick, Value is very good.

Easy in, easy out. Quick transport to the airport. Pick-up at the airport was within 10 minutes easily. Will park here again!

The driver was friendly and efficient. Vehicle was clean. Pickup and drop off only took less then fifteen minutes.
