Very late on pick up and drop off…
Very late on pick up and drop off despite knowing both times a week beforehand .. both drivers said accidents delayed them however I checked for accidents online and absolutely nothing was reported.

Hung up on me a fair bit and I almost missed my outbound flight ..

I wouldn’t recommend this company at all - wish I’d read the other reviews first

Booked With EAZY SECURE PARKING via ‘airport parking genie’ website.
Returned back to UK with family after long haul flight to find my car had smoke coming from engine and undrivable. No collection for us from airport. Xtra cab cost for us to dodgy premises in Hayes to collect damaged car. Turns out clutch burnt out. Car towed home at my expense. New clutch £1000. Told by my mechanic definitely only happens by doing wheel spins to burn clutch out that way. UNNACCOUNTED 50 miles extra on clock compare to what was logged on collection. Eazy parking amazingly denied all this even with evidence/paperwork/photos. Total joke. Taking to the courts. AVOID at all costs. Bad lesson learned.
All Airport parking genie Offered me is my booking fee back amounting to £70! Total costs to me are £1200 mimimum. Shocking bad service from all involved.

Very good customer service. Gave me various parking options to choose. Most at a reasonable price. The parking company that offered the parking were great too.

It was excellent. Very polite

Car was collected in good time but when returned it had excessive miles on the clock and mud over the door frame and both driver and passenger matt's. When I contacted them they fobbed me off with the weather and dust can't be helped. Offered a 10% discount for next booking which didn't even come close to the cleaning bill. Avoid at all cost - cowboys.

Terrible, terrible service, I made 18 calls to the co-ordinator, who simply told me a different tale each time about what was going on, my car was over 1.5hrs late when it eventually arrived, not enough drivers, amateurish outfit, avoid at all costs.

Fantastic prices and customer service. Will be using again.
