Retuned back to find our car blocked in by another vehicle, this is 1 am on Sunday morning ,after a 4 half hour flight from Cyprus. They knew our flight times on return , our car was not ready for us. We searched the car park covered in mud on foot . Went back to the office to tell them we couldn’t find our car. The lady locked up the office to look for our car. She said it’s blocked in . I will get the keys so you can move out. This is not good enough. I tried to e. Mail them with my complaint . In the end I rang them . Was told well what do you want us to do about it. Nil customer service , won’t be using ever again. £90 we paid for ten days .

We have dropped our car on 03.05.2024 early in the morning and we came back from our holiday on 19.05.2024 and guess what, my car was VANDALISED.
Scratches all over the front wings, plus the bumper , with holes made with the screwdriver, and all covered with mud, this way maybe we wouldn't notice.Bad luck for them, we did. Obviously, we called the manager and his answer was,those are age dents 😀. We did informed him that we will have to call the police, he was rude and arogant. I managed to calm down my partner, and we tried to start the engine on, guess what...another "surprise ". My dashboard was like a Christmas tree, all kind of errors. Our steering wheel wasn't working no ABS, brakes partially working, tyres pressure, brake pads damaged (they were quite recently replaced).
We barley manage to take the car out from the field where was parked, we stopped in front of reception and asked for CCTV footage to see how was messing around with my car. The dic.head in charge said, to send him an email to request this and he went to his office.
We have made an official complaint to the police and we plan to contact Citizens advice. This scamming place needs to be shut down.

Vandals!!! Came back to a car full of scratches, abs warning lights! No power steering!!! They will rally your car around and take a shil*t on you, no point talking to them, call the police while you are there!!

Left my truck with these guys. Came back to get it, absolutely ruined. Mud everywhere, wheels out of alignment. Wheel slightly bent & Abs light on. Money missing out the centre compartment. Mud all inside the car and smelt of smoke

Only had an MOT on the car 3 month ago & it flew through it, now it’s got so many issues my mechanic said it’s a “mess”

Saved £20 in parking, cost myself £1000s in mechanic fees to fix the issues they’ve caused

Had my car valeted inside and out the evening before my flight. Car came back to me covered in mud all over the passenger side and roof. Car was filthy inside including back seats and floor. Passenger footwell covered in dry mud! Over a quarter of a tank of petrol used. Car stank of stale smoke where someone had been smoking in it and they even left their lighter behind! Pay the extra couple quid and make sure your car is look after. These guys are extremely unprofessional and have no respect for your vehicle. When they handed my car back he literally walked over to us and said I gotta dash your keys are in the ignition and he darted. No response to any emails etc. trading standards will be contacted.

Found a dash cam video showing them setting off on a 'jolly' to the pub. Only when the passenger got in did they disconnect the camera.

Booked via Compare Airport Parkings. They don't deserve even one star!!!
I wish I read reviews of other customers. I have reported them to Trading Standards. How a company with such horrific reviews are still allowed to operate is beyond me. My car got scratch and stone chips marks all over. Also it was covered in mud in and out. When I reported it they asked me to send an e-mail, nobody ever replied to it, I had to chase them on the phone. After 5th attempt to speak to the manager he told me I have signed a disclaimer and even did not wait for my answer. Just dropped the phone on me. Compare Airport Parkings are partners in crime for offering their horrific service! Avoid at all costs!

I left my car there which had just been valeted came back from holiday to find it up to the door handles in mud a broken coil spring and abs locking, i think they had been rallying my car in mud and going over jumps.

If I could leave a 0* review I would. Wish I’d read the reviews before booking there. Charged us £120 to remove a wheel clamp they put on as we didn’t leave our keys. We were given a friendly warning when we went into the pub for a drink before going to the airport about them driving the cars around, wheel spinning & reckless driving. If you value your car DO NOT park here!

I could not give 0 stars hence it’s 1. AVOID AT ALL COST!! Low price is not worth it if you respect your belongings. The place is a total s@ithole, no idea where they took the car but it looks like it came back from a warzone. Covered in mud top to bottom, was not even able to asses if there is any damage, have to pay for valet first to even see the cars paintwork. People working there don’t care, they seem really dodgy like some drunks you can meet on high street. If not the holidays booked last minute, would’ve turned around but decided to give it a chance and disappointed. First time flew from Bristol and surprised they even have any customers, must be first timers too. If your car is worth any more than £3,50, DO NOT LEAVE IT THERE.

Although the actual parking and bus to and from airport went well we are concerned about the use of our car in our absence. Should have noted mileage Different radio station tuned in. Dashcam disconnected. Petrol level seemed to be lower than we remembered. Won’t use them again

Landed at Bristol Airport on15th March, arranged a pick up. The guy that met us was surly and rude on his arrival. Extremely rude to his customers about not being able to stop for us. OK, I got in through the back doors, but he gave us no instructions but continually moaned about how much it cost to pick people up by going through the barriers and he would get fined as we we entered his vehicle the wrong way! Moaned all the way back whilst driving erratically and made us feel every uncomfortable. Will never use your company again.

Good honest to goodness cheap parking. Established for over 20 years and still by far the cheapest, closest and also includes free shuttle bus.

I won’t use them again. It’s a tricky place to find (the actual entrance is anyway). When I dropped my car off I was told the driver won’t be a minute. Twenty minutes later I walked the ten minute power walk to the airport. On collecting my vehicle after a long working day at 11pm I rang the office to get back to the car park but couldn’t get through so I walked in the dark on my own. When I got there I was told where my car had been moved only to find it was blocked in. I was then asked to take photos of the number plates of the vehicles in front of mine so I could recite them to the lady on the desk. I was tired and just wanted to get home. When I finally got in my car the fuel gauge was a lot lower (wish I’d checked the mileage before I left and read the reviews before I booked). Not worth the saving and next time I’ll pay the extra money and park at the airport.

Parked at the car park for 10 days. Driver was really friendly and helped with our cases.
When we arrived back, our car looked like they'd been rally driving in it the mud was thick, and took me over 2 hours to clean.
The car is just over a year old. Will not return. Wish I'd read the reviews before parking there.

Absolute criminals, they work or are the same as a company named justparkme.co.uk and Central Airport Parking Bristol, we booked with them but with all the name changes during the booking i decided to check for their reviews and it was awful so i asked them for refund just minutes after paying. They want me to pay extra £20 for the £50 refund, absolute crooks, just ask for chargeback with your bank. Stay away from these criminals.

Excellent service. So easy to book car in. Had to drop car off for my son to collect on return journey. It was cheap £35 for several hours (not quite a whole day). The staff were great - friendly and helpful (yes you get to deal with real people rather than online booking or machines). Gave them my son's keys. He could have rang them for a lift - all part of the service although it's close enough to walk to (which he did as he only had back pack). Only 5 minutes walk. Would highly recommend. Definitely would use again since the corporate airport parking on site is a complete rip off and I don't like dealing with machines. Would much rather give my money to businesses outside of big corporations. Thank you all the lovely staff at Tavern Inn airport parking.

We came back from holiday a couple of weeks ago to find that our car wouldn’t start. After being towed to a garage it seems that rats had gotten in and chewed not only electric wiring, but also eaten away the underneath of the seats and glove compartment, so we have not only had a huge bill to pay for but also had to have it deep cleaned. So I would not recommend this car park, and we certainly won’t be using it again.

If I could rate 0star I would! My family have always used airport tavern to leave out car at over the years! Always had great service…great pick ups and drop off never had a problem with our cars!! Shame we didn’t read the reviews b4 r left!! Not sure if it’s been taken over by different people but the drop was fine….just noticed how muddy and how many pot holes the car park had….staff seemed abit rude but it was early hours of the morning! Then when we came to pick our car up we noticed just how muddy it was even inside the windows…muddy footprints in drivers & passengers footwell mud all inside on the handles they had even unplugged our dash cams!! The car was generally covered head to toe in mud on the outside…I even wondered how so much mud was on the roof!!….We were so chuffed off by the time we got to our car we just wanted to get home,we even had to have the car valeted on the way home as we couldn’t leave it in such bad condition ….we also noticed while we was there that staff moving the cars around we’re driving the cars around with little regard that this is some1 else’s car!! NEVER shall we use these again!!

The experience of using this company is awful from start to finish. You arrive to a tatty office in a car park full of potholes & mud. The place and buses are filthy and staff are rude. The big issue is they leave you waiting for ages when you get back fro holiday. You don't know where or when they will pick you up. We were traveling with a family including a 7 month old baby and 4 year old. They left us waiting outside in the cold and wind at 1am for 45 minutes. They said the bus would be 10 minutes. It wasn't and when it arrived the huge backlog of customers meant we couldn't board the bus. No apologies, no assistance with bags just insults. What horrible people.
